It's hard to believe that people can be scammed with a phishing site like this while if the site is like winnaprop[dot]com for example, it's more reasonable to be scammed.
Yeah, a number of them actually redirect to different websites which is why OP need to be clear and tell us which domain he used that he though was winna.com, which ended up scamming him
This could help to have the domain name reported for phishing so that it's taken down. Otherwise, when a domain redirects to another website or just has a referral link, then that is not phishing.
That's link cloaking; as long as they redirect to the right website and not phishing links, it's popular among affiliate marketers.
