Bc game scammed me by not providing my withdraw and deposit

Bc game scammed me as I placed a withdrawal of inr a week ago, didn't receive anything but it shows success in bc.
Also I have deposited that also didn't arrive in my account and 3 days + have been passed.
I already dm bctokenbot but he is not active from past week almost.
Last time I got problem with bc then informed here and sir holydarkness helped me but now unfortunately he has no control so this game has become now shit.. Their support is not working anywhere not even in bc itself.

Have you opened a support ticket(for both deposit and withdrawal) on the website? What are they saying on that? I just withdrew INR today and it was delivered within an hour but I had to follow up with support for them to process it, even though it had mentioned that it'd be done in 20 mins.

On desktop site, there'll be support on the bottom right corner. Try through that. That's possibly AI too but its a bit more reliable than the resolution tickets, that keeps saying the same thing over and over again. Let us know what it says.

PM bctokenbot, they're the current representative who handle all BC related cases and solve them internally. And, despite the name, they're not bot... far as I know. They've been quite responsive and one or two cases got resolved after brought to  their attention.

Hey man @bctokenbot I HAVE MADE 2 WITHDRAWALS AND 1 DEPOSIT from past 10 days, but nothing received in my bank account nor refunded in bc. And support in bcgame is frozen . There are just ai replies. I have submitted ticket which are in pending status for past ten days. Atleast give some update

They're active quite recently. Mind to resend them another PM? Your previous ones are perhaps just got flooded by other players' PMs like my inbox is usually flooded by people asking deescalation without raising a thread, and people asking opinion or a reach, or people submitting their evidence to me.

It's surprising how people don't learn lessons and repeat the same mistakes. Do you think we are here just to support you? BC Game has stopped collaborating with holydarkness; they aren't even responding to any other users regarding any issues. So you have to talk yourself since you haven't learnt a lesson from your previous mistake. Repeating the same things would lead you to create more such scam accusation threads. There are a lot of similar threads regarding INR deposits and withdrawals; you should see them and learn.

A lot of times I have written to gamble with crypto if you really like to gamble on the BC Game platform. It's not hard to accumulate crypto coins nowadays since a lot of exchanges offer trusted P2P services. At least then we won't have to see such scam accusation threads at all. However, unfortunately, we can't help you on this case; talk to the support system.
