Bc game scammed me by not providing my withdraw and deposit

Bc game scammed me as I placed a withdrawal of inr a week ago, didn't receive anything but it shows success in bc.
Also I have deposited that also didn't arrive in my account and 3 days + have been passed.
I already dm bctokenbot but he is not active from past week almost.
Last time I got problem with bc then informed here and sir holydarkness helped me but now unfortunately he has no control so this game has become now shit.. Their support is not working anywhere not even in bc itself.

Have you opened a support ticket(for both deposit and withdrawal) on the website? What are they saying on that? I just withdrew INR today and it was delivered within an hour but I had to follow up with support for them to process it, even though it had mentioned that it'd be done in 20 mins.

On desktop site, there'll be support on the bottom right corner. Try through that. That's possibly AI too but its a bit more reliable than the resolution tickets, that keeps saying the same thing over and over again. Let us know what it says.

PM bctokenbot, they're the current representative who handle all BC related cases and solve them internally. And, despite the name, they're not bot... far as I know. They've been quite responsive and one or two cases got resolved after brought to  their attention.

Hey man @bctokenbot I HAVE MADE 2 WITHDRAWALS AND 1 DEPOSIT from past 10 days, but nothing received in my bank account nor refunded in bc. And support in bcgame is frozen . There are just ai replies. I have submitted ticket which are in pending status for past ten days. Atleast give some update

They're active quite recently. Mind to resend them another PM? Your previous ones are perhaps just got flooded by other players' PMs like my inbox is usually flooded by people asking deescalation without raising a thread, and people asking opinion or a reach, or people submitting their evidence to me.
