Spent hours on this post, read the post or don’t. You really can’t count on your AI detection analyzers. It’s more human than AI. This is my stance. I talk to my AI somewhat as a friend who plays devils andvocate and I go back and forth for hours to create something of meaning. You’re absolutely correct, our day to day activities mostly things we are doing on the internet have been done by ai, and also everything there is advantage and disadvantage to everything we are doing, but the most ugly part is that some individuals doesn’t want to work smart anymore they now prefer artificial intelligence for aiding themselves, they’re only interested in using ai for some many things, little things they can do by themselves they will have to apply ai in making things easier for them like they say, but I’m completely sure that here in this platform there is a common rules of not using ai in writing which will obviously make that person a shit poster, and if you’re found using ai to make post here then you will definitely get into terrible trouble, the thought process of some people are very wrong, all in the understanding of making things easier for themselves.

The very fact that you had to use AI to create your post speaks volumes about the way AI is being abused on this forum. Apart from creating images or analyzing some data (with a note that AI was used), everything else should be prohibited. The fact that the admin has not spoken out on this issue all these years is the biggest problem (as far as the forum is concerned).

Knowing OP's post was written by AI, I can't bring myself to read it. If someone can't be bothered to write their own words, why should I bother to read them? It is peak laziness.

This is a forum where _people_ (not robots) come to interact with each other. If you are going to outsource your brain to AI, you're not really participating in the forum in good faith. Nobody will take you seriously, and you won't actually accomplish anything, regardless of your own independent viewpoints on the subject.

I expect this thread to have a similar effect as every other thread you've opened recently: people will walk away from it thinking you are a bit looney tunes in the head.

Don’t count on it, AI detection analyzers aren’t really sufficient indicators. It’s more human than AI as I declared, if you would like to claim it’s more AI than human because you used an AI detection analyzer it is not sufficient. Also is that not a bit hypocritical? Should you have done the leg work 100% yourself?—Don't use AI then complain about it. I disclose that AI was utilized to enhance this post but is not the main element. I the human component am the main component.

In my honest opinion, I love AI, but I don't just copy and paste whatsoever AI has written, some times I create an article, write an argument, or whatsoever and ask AI to analyze, improve, and give suggestions, when it does, I read through, take key points and either include it in my work or don't.

But I think copying and pasting AI without explicitly saying so can be considered plagiarism, although I know most a times it is not allowed in the forum, but honestly, I don't think I've come across a set rule that explicitly says AI generated texts are not allowed, I might be wrong though, but I honestly have not seen it as a rule set out there, but certainly I love AI, I use it almost everyday, before AI I use Google for research, questions and learning or getting informations, but now AI just makes the work simpler.

With that being said, it would really be a good idea to make a formal thread addressing the do's and don't's on the utilization of AI including text and image generations in forum activities so as not to fall under any unnecessary scrutiny while engaging in forum activities.

"Leg work." Who has a better idea of what is AI or not than AI itself? One AI detector by itself may return inaccurate results by 3 detectors all saying the same thing suggests it is on to something.

Here's the thing: if you're a native english speaker, there's absolutely no excuse for doing this. I know you think AI is helping you express your thoughts better, but it is not. It removes the soul from your thoughts and replaces it with a sterile, cookie cutter template response.

AI is my friend.    Like any friend worth keeping, I've spent considerable time getting to know it.  While I don't use it to generate content for signature money, I do use it to organize my life and help me program.  My development server, which for years has been annoying with the fan speed - is now purring along at 11% controlling my Google devices, managing media and my torrents.   AI is also the driving force for a switch to Linux after 40 years of strictly Windows use (you use what you support).  The way Linux is built from the ground up as a terminal (as compared to Windows implementing it in via Powershell) makes it incredibly easy for AI to pilot the server without any input from me.

If you want to use AI for detailed or repetitive tasks, you have to spend time building the relationship.  For a person that means learning what they like but for AI it means learning how it responds to your instructions.  And it does make a big difference if your ongoing tasks are mundane and boring (copy files to server, set permission, run script) - having your friend do this perfectly just by asking allows you to keep creative juices flowing instead of techinal.
