Looks like scamming people for a living pays off. Good for him.
You... do aware that my contact is someone who is working for BetPanda and give their best, as per their jobdesc and assignment as compliance staff, and that any other funds confiscated, rightfully or not, doesn't go to their pocket? Ahh, sorry, I missed that you're trolling.

Ahh, sorry, I missed that you're trolling. So, if he works for betpanda, who pays his salary? And how does Betpanda make money? I know how they got at least 18.2mBTC. Trolling or not, it doesn't make it less true. I'm also surprised you are able to even consider that there was even a chance that betpanda might have confiscated funds unjustly by airquoting "rightfully or not". So there is a chance there have been not rightfully confiscated funds at some point. And yet here you are advertising them. But who cares if they scam people, as long as people get their paycheck at the end of the month, am i right guys? Hell yeah. I really hope this time, you are more neutral in these disputes involving betpanda, instead of coming up with absolutely stupid narratives and theorys to excuse their behavior. Conflict of interest is a bitch. Apologies to OP for making a comment completely irrelevant comment to the case. But after learning how funny this betpanda agent looks in pink, i couldn't resist sharing my thoughts.

If it was a conflict of interest Holy wouldn't even bothered to contact those people. You still need to remember, he does this in his free time and gets nothing from it. Also, you made 2 completely irrelevant comments which don't help the case in question or OP. Sure, it takes too long, but your posts won't help that in any case. Looking at your post history I see that like 90% are complaint and mostly it centers around betpanda. You should find a hobby or something.

I'm sure i don't need to copy paste the definition of "conflict of interest" here, so let's just enter the realm of fantasy for a moment, and just imagine that in this case, betpanda is indefensible in this case. Would he side with the player? Because so far, he hasn't. There's always a theory. Go against the ones paying, or keep blaming betby to keep his paycheck? Decisions, decisions. As for the second part of your post, it doesn't really make sense. I should find a hobby because 90% of my posts are about betpanda? Shouldn't it be because i comment too much? Or should i comment on other casinos? Shouldn't it be quantity the issue to find a hobby? Because in the last 4 days you made 24 posts, i made 6 with this one. You clearly found your hobby. You know man, as someone who sometimes reads this forum and comes across your comments, and i always agree with what you say and your opinions on cases, i must say this is a RARE L AHOYBRAUSE take. I actually put you on ignore, and though you're seemingly trying to tiptoeing so best to not attract my attention by keep abbreviating my name instead of mentioning me in full, it doesn't keep me from being notified and had to read the post through TG quick-view when the quoted post has my name mentioned in full. So, let's put your money where your mouth are? Here's a binding written contract for you: escrow 5 ETH to whoever escrower you prefer, I'll do the same upon receipt of successful depo, then feel free to rake through my address and prove that I am paid by BetPanda to do their biddings [of course we're talking "paid" in form other than the weekly signature campaign? Because if we aren't, that'll just show public the digits of your IQ]. If you find it, present it to public, and DTs can tag and remove me from the list. If not, your 5 ETH is mine. Until you're man enough to say yes to that offer of written contract, and prove that you're not just all talk but empty inside just to look important, please don't bother people who really try to address and solve matters. T1HGO, same offer to you. Other than a confirmation of the challenge, please stop addressing me with your nonsensical post here as it is instantly OOT and I hate to be OOT just to be on the same eye level as... people like you.

I was a little surprised in that some do pay nicely for just posting. edit- If players are beating BetPanda and a player asks for a $20,000 withdraw, what happens? 1. Betby pays $20,000 to BetPanda and then BetPanda pays the player $20,000 as you keep saying. or 2. Betpanda pays the player $20,000.

People like me huh? You know, i was absolutely down to shut the fuck up since i agree with you to be OOT, but this one made me curious. Please go ahead and categorize me. What are people of my kind like? People who don't shill? People who call you out? People that don't fondle your balls? People who call betpanda a scam? Or are you trying to imply there is some sort of superiority on your part? What a fucking weird thing to say. It doesn't really matter if you get a million dollars or just do it pro-bono out of love for the game. You have a banner stamped in every post you make. That was the point. I don't even know who implied or said you were paid outside of signature campaing and all that yapping about "being paid to do betpanda's biddings". Maybe i missed some episode or it was between you two in another thread, but i never said that. I said i don't believe you're advertising for free, just out of love for the game. I assume that "signature campaing" pays. But if it doesn't, i don't care either way. It's none of my business. Just a reminder you were the one to adress me in this thread, as you felt the urge defend the honor of your friend. And none of my posts were nonsensical as you say. Sure they were OOT, i will give you that. The nonsensical post was the one i made about your friend, but i didn't adress you in that one. But even if it is nonsense, it's still NOT OOT since it's an opinion on the casino in question. I know, fact checking isn't your strongest. You want to know what a nonsensical post looks like? Trying to make a bet on a public forum board, that proves absolutely nothing. "Here, snoop through my ETH wallet #47" Because everyone knows 1 person = 1 crypto wallet. /s If i didn't know any better, i would say this was a low effort scam attempt. This is what a nonsensical post looks like. I will go even further and straight up call it a retarded post.

"I don't know what's going on and i don't really care, but i'll just step in to save the damsel in distress" Okay. Let me just show you the POV of a regular betpanda victim. You get scammed out of X ammount. You open a complaint at casinoguru. They reject it because it's sports related. You open a complaint at askgamblers. They reject it because they feel like it. You open a complaint at LCB.org. They say they can't do anything. You find bitcointalk forum. You open a scam thread. You get scrutinized by the community asking for proof to the claims(and rightfully so). You provide everything that's asked. Here comes Betpanda itself, and says "It was betby lol". Then you and other people show actual facts, that it's a lie. Here comes mister fair and unbiased himself and says "Yep, that makes sense, betby's guilty" - RESOLVED. Consquences of their scamming? Stellar reputation in this forum. 10/10. Chef's kiss. All it takes is a signature campaign. Seems pretty profitable to them. This forum is the only rating place on the internet, where they have good reputation. Not only their reputation is amazing, they also get advertisement. Really makes you wonder why. "Just tank the scam and be quiet bro" You say he's brave because he takes betpanda cases? Yes, very brave lol. I'm sorry, but i'm not in the ball measurement business. Neither am i in the ass kissing. Maybe show us rookies in the biz how to properly kiss his ass. By the way, glad to see you're not advertising them anymore. And also, good choice with duel. They are indeed a legit, very good casino. And a betby one also! I am done with this thread. Unless there's major development regarding the actual case, i'm out. Once again, my apologies for the mess this thread has become OP, as all this was started by a stupid comment i made. I take full responsibility. I hope this case has a different ending to mine. All the best.

Did you hear anything back? I had an email from Betpanda saying that I have breached the Terms and Conditions, because quote ' In this instance, what raised the suspicions of our Sportsbook provider were bets which targeted advantageous early pre-match odds and line falls..
As per our Terms and Conditions, when this particular term is breached, we are not obliged to refund any funds, but as a gesture of good will, a decision was made to refund your latest deposit.'
Basically, if you are a profitable sports bettor who analyses bets and who's goal is actually to win money, they are free to take your money and ban you. They claim this constitutes an attempt to “circumvent the standard house edge.” They are categorizing this as a breach of their Anti-Fraud Policy, even though the bets were placed pre-match, no arbitrage, botting, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse was involved and the bets were placed in a normal manner.
Hello, Just to clarify some of the points made regarding this case, as we mentioned in the email which we sent to you: All the information regarding the bets which are suspicious come from our sportsbook provider, this is not something we instigate ourselves. They carry out an investigation and simply inform us of the outcome of their investigation. Should the outcome breach our terms and conditions, appropriate action as per the aforementioned terms and conditions is likely to be taken. We are not in a position to comment on what caused them to initiate the investigation or the outcome, as we had nothing to do with either of them. All we can tell you is that it wouldn't be because someone is "just winning", but the manner in which they place their bets. As unfortunate as it is in some instances, we need to follow the information which we receive.

Their settings need to be changed to auto limit this type of behavior. The good Betby books limit this type of action. You don't limit but go straight to confiscation. Just winning will generate a flag if the lines bet beat closers.

All we can tell you is that it wouldn't be because someone is "just winning", but the manner in which they place their bets. As unfortunate as it is in some instances, we need to follow the information which we receive. Hi, Thanks for taking the time to respond, although unfortunately the explanation remains just as vague as before. A few points need to be addressed. 1 – You say that banning someone is not as simple as “someone is just winning”. However, in your email to me (which I have published here via screenshots), you state the following: “In this instance, what raised the suspicions of our Sportsbook provider were bets which targeted advantageous early pre-match odds and line falls.” I hope you realise that this effectively means the “suspicious behaviour” you refer to is simply placing bets at odds that later moved in my favour — in other words, identifying value. You can also confirm yourself that I am not an arbitrage bettor, and I did not take advantage of any erroneous lines or target obscure markets. I also did not place automated bets or engage in any form of bonus abuse, I had no bonuses on my account. The bets were placed manually and in a normal manner. Additionally, I do not even place particularly “early” pre-match bets. The market I primarily bet on (boxing) typically releases lines only 2–3 days before the fights, and approximately 90% of my bets on your website were placed either the day before or the day of the fight itself. More broadly, the term “suspicious activity” is extremely vague. Using such an undefined concept to justify confiscating funds does not inspire confidence in your platform, particularly when customers are not provided with any concrete explanation of what rule was actually breached. For the sake of transparency, I formally give you permission to publish my complete betting history here in this thread so that the forum can review it and judge for themselves whether the activity was genuinely “suspicious.” These are my bets, and I am happy for them to be made public. 2 – Betby may be your sportsbook odds provider, and that is fine. However, the funds deposited by players are held by BetPanda, not by Betby. Even if we ignore the overall profits that were made on the account (approximately $7,000 USDT), my total deposits amount to roughly $8,000 USDT. Although you claim that the bets were “suspicious” and therefore voided or confiscated, you have refunded only $1,800 USDT, which was my latest deposit. This means that $6,200 USDT of my deposited funds remains with BetPanda. That money does not belong to Betby, and it is not sitting with them — it was deposited directly with your platform. Therefore, regardless of any alleged issues with specific bets, the question remains very simple: On what basis are you retaining $6,200 USDT of my own deposits? For the sake of transparency and trust with your customers, I hope you will reconsider this situation and resolve it appropriately. Otherwise, I will continue documenting the case publicly and will escalate the matter further through platforms such as AskGamblers and CasinoGuru, where cases like this can be independently reviewed.

OP - One suggestion is to get a line history from other books showing that bets in question weren't substantially off. Getting the best line is fine. When a line says +3 when it should be -3 is when a bet can be cancelled. Presenting this will help your case elsewhere.

Thanks, Rating
I don't have any access to my account or bets anymore since they have banned my account. I hope they will make the bets public so everyone can see them.
All my bets were similarly priced at other bookmakers as well, and maybe even had better odds at other bookmakers. I didn't bet at BetPanda trying to get the 'best line', just trying to get enough action down on my bets.

I'm sorry for your loss OP. Unfortunately this is the outcome i was expecting.
I don't know if you took a peek into my case here against them or not, but i case you haven't, i have posted my betting history there for the entire month prior to the ban. 10 screenshots worth of betting history. I am telling you this because even if they "released the files" (which i don't even believe they will) it won't matter. It will simply be brushed off and ignored. Like i said on comment #50, this is the fate of a betpanda victim. The fact that you even got a fraction of your deposit, consider it a miracle.
As for presenting the case somewhere else, do you have any suggestions @Rating Place? I have tried Casinoguru, askgamblers, and LCB.org. Casinoguru won't accept sportsbook related cases, askgamblers told me they won't accept the case because the decision was final(lol), and LCB is simply useless.
I will still suggest opening a complaint in those sites, because doing it is better than doing nothing. At least you are exposing it, so others won't fall for it. Don't forget to leave your review on trustpilot also.

Unfortunately, I don't know of anyone since they aren't in Curacao. Bitpanda screamed scam day 1. The .com is a huge and safe crypto exchange with a 4.0 trustpilot score. Betpanda.io has a trustpilot score of 2.3. When you look at ANN threads, if a casino has No-KYC or anonymous in the title and are doing KYC, they turn out to be a scam. Betpanda.io | Anonymous Crypto Casino Then OP is in the same situation as me. You know what's funny about their KYC? Is that not only it's not KYC as they advertise, it's the absolute WORST KYC i have ever gone through. You know that "tier-list" i made a few months ago with all those casinos? No KYC is worse than betpanda's. One of the things they demand is a video selfie where you have to read some text that you're not part of a syndicate or some crap. It was the only time, in 40 casinos played in 5 years i was asked that. And at the end it's all pointless. They ask for KYC AFTER the player is banned. And judging by the dozens of cases similar, both here and at trustpilot, the ban is NEVER lifted after providing the requested documents. I've said this in another comment, there might be an ACTUAL police case here, regarding people's personal information. This is not normal.

1 – You say that banning someone is not as simple as “someone is just winning”. However, in your email to me (which I have published here via screenshots), you state the following:
“In this instance, what raised the suspicions of our Sportsbook provider were bets which targeted advantageous early pre-match odds and line falls.”
I hope you realise that this effectively means the “suspicious behaviour” you refer to is simply placing bets at odds that later moved in my favour — in other words, identifying value.
We must correct a misquoting here; we mentioned that an investigation would not be initiated by someone "just winning". While it has to be said that what you also stated is true, an account closure would not be something that would be actioned solely based on someone winning. We are not in a position to comment on what our sportsbook provider considers to be "suspicious behaviour" as we do know the parameters which they use to make this decision.
We have never mentioned any other type of suspicious activity but targeting line falls as we do not speculate on behaviour beyond the one which is reported to us by our sportsbook provider. Like above, we are not in a position to comment on what our sportsbook provider considers to be "early", but presumably this changes depending on the market/event in question. But we cannot confirm this as his information is not available to us. More broadly, the term “suspicious activity” is extremely vague. Using such an undefined concept to justify confiscating funds does not inspire confidence in your platform, particularly when customers are not provided with any concrete explanation of what rule was actually breached.
We have provided you the exact clause which you broke when we replied to your email on 19th of February, but you can also find it below: 5. ANTI-FRAUD POLICYIn the interests of fair play, it is not permitted to utilise or deploy any novel or recognised betting techniques while using our services which are designed to circumvent the standard house edge in our casino games nor the sportsbook. Should we detect that You have engaged in any activity of this nature, we may immediately suspend, terminate or restrict access to Your Account and/or retain any funds on the account. As you mentioned in your message above, you were betting on lines which you knew you were going to change in your favour, also known as value betting, a practice which is explicitly designed to circumvent the standard house edge and therefore breaching the above clause of our Terms and Conditions. For the sake of transparency, I formally give you permission to publish my complete betting history here in this thread so that the forum can review it and judge for themselves whether the activity was genuinely “suspicious.” These are my bets, and I am happy for them to be made public.
If you wish to do so, you are of course welcome to share this information, but simply looking at your betting history would not provide much context to these particular circumstances. For example, line changes would not be evident from betting history alone and in this instance, this something that is central to this case.
Therefore, regardless of any alleged issues with specific bets, the question remains very simple:
On what basis are you retaining $6,200 USDT of my own deposits?
The deposits which you have made have been wagered multiple times (ie. not sitting on the account unused) and any funds on the account the outcomes of winning bets, some of which evidently were based under circumstances which led to the investigation and the outcome we are already aware of. As the clause which we shared above mentions, it is possible that should it be breached, any funds on the account could be retained as a result. As also made evident by this clause, we are not obliged to refund any funds that have potentially been obtained through suspicious methods but a decision was made regardless to refund your most recent deposit as a gesture of goodwill. Otherwise, I will continue documenting the case publicly and will escalate the matter further through platforms such as AskGamblers and CasinoGuru, where cases like this can be independently reviewed. It is of course within your rights to do so if you wish, we are happy to cooperate with any independent adjudicators and provide them with the necessary documentation regarding the matter.
