In their TOS page, I have found no mention about KYC requirement neither for registration nor for withdrawals. In the OP's post history, there are no mention about KYC as well. At the same time, I see no complaints neither here in bitcointalk or in any other platform about withdrawal issues.

Until OP provides a clear insight about KYC requirements, it is better to not fully rely on the actual scene. It is a new casino and still trying to improve its status by looking direct feedbacks from the community. Running some promotional campaigns is a good sign, but no one can tell what can happen if someone wants to withdraw a big sum of money or if they suspect the activity of one or many accounts.
