The truth of the matter while matter is that in everything, everyone needs moderation, yes there should be moderation in everything someone does and gamblers are not excluded from this, as a matter of fact, gamblers should be the ones at the forefront of knowing the essence of moderation, because gambling ordinarily has an addictive nature and it requires one who knows moderation to be able to avoid getting into gambling troubles. You know one thing about this gambling addiction that we talk in this forum, it's seems we have not experienced where a person is addicted to gambling. From my experience, people that are addicted to gambling, they hardly tell if they are addicted to gambling, they just do their thing. It's only a person that is not close to them that will tell if they are addicted or not, someone that is closer might know too but wouldn't be able to tell them the truth.

Definitely.. you will surely drive into the path of addiction if you don't cut out the amount of hours you spend gambling.. most times addiction begins from being obsessed with something and by that, you spend too much time around it. Theres time for everything. You as a responsible gambler should be able to set time for different activities.. gambling should not interrupt other important activities in your life.like I use to say, if you can't control how much time you spend gambling, then control how much you deposit for gambling.. at least it would help in a way to end each session for you after losing your deposit.. If you're someone that like gambling always you're just chasing your losses that will definitely make you become addicted easily without even watching it always. No matter your intention you must always have an exit strategy for every gambling session or day. If you start gambling in a day with big winning, that is a signal that you should not spend so much time in gambling that day. When the winning lingers, then you can use your budget as an exit signal such that as soon as you exhaust the amount you plan to gamble with that day, you should stop for that day. Any gambling plan that does not have an exit signal is bound to end in doom.
