It's really bad in my opinion if gambling is done every day, meaning it's not a sign of addiction anymore but it's clearly an addiction. It's better to do it occasionally, setting limits is important whether it's in the context of budget or time to gamble. I don't gamble as much now, but I do set a limit of no more than three times a week and with a set budget too because I don't want to go back to the vicious cycle.

Gambling everyday will definitely make you become addicted easily without any doubt. You need to be given your self time you shouldn't focus on Gambling you should look for another things that can bring you profit and makes your self busy so that you won't be depending on Gambling because people that depend on it are does that become addicted easily because they think is a way of generating profit always he just be like daily income to them and Gambling is always unpredictable we can't always predict and comes true.

When Gambling you should know the type of funds you used so that you won't regret later that you used the money you can't afford to lose. And what I notice is that when you mistakenly put money that you can't afford to lose and you bet and the game cut, that when addicted start coming. you will try to recover the money you lose

It is your budget that will determine how much time you will be spending  in gambling because to be a successful gambler you need to set a budget for your time and  funds if not you will end up being an addict by gambling without control and you must gamble with whatever you can afford to lose to be a responsible gambler.
You need to understand that being disciplined in gambling goes beyond just setting budget and limits, it’s one thing to a budget and it’s another thing to thing to stick to those principles and limits you’ve set and it requires a great deal of discipline and self control to do this. If a gambler has mastered discipline, then he sure doesn’t necessarily need to write down some list of budgets or rules before knowing what to do.

This is must look facts towards gambling and if people where taking their time extremely careful and serious before gambling we would have received less reports towards gambling addictions.
Of course this looks so common but it matters while gambling, can also look at the time you spend, how much you allocate when gambling this would enable you culture yourself properly while gambling and it would also help to reduce gambling addiction as well.

What do you think about the total hours spent while gambling, does it also attributes to how quickly you could become addicted to gambling?
Of course, one should spend some time before gambling so that the information can be stored well. This means that if someone bets on sports, if he can analyze the match clearly for at least 30 minutes or an hour before the start of the match, then the chances of winning that match also increase a lot. Especially a disciplined gambler or a responsible gambler does not get addicted to gambling because of spending more time, but he can analyze the gambling game better.

Following your gambling principles, that will make a gambler that's experienced not to exceed his gambling limit..every gambler need to have a limits and if you know your limit that means you're a responsible gambler

Are there people who still make a list of what they will do, how much they will spend on gambling and how to go about it, because someone who is determined should already know how to follow up those things by themselves, set those limits based on their personal earnings and time frame from what they can afford they will be able to know exactly how to manage unless they lack the discipline to stick with their own plan.

That is the basic thing that can determine your position regarding addiction and being a responsible gambler. I will add one more thing, the allocation of a specific fund. These two specific times and funds can be factors that maximize your chances of winning and reduce your losses and addiction. Under the pressure of the results, we do not pay any attention to the time, and we proceed with our activity. If we lose, we take a chance, and if we win, we want more. In that process, we forget about how much time we have spent, which later affects our mental health and our bankroll too.

I personally think that fixing the fund limit is more important than fixing the time limit. Because a person can pass a lot of time by betting frequently with a small amount. On the other hand, if he wants to play for a short time, he can quickly achieve his profit target by betting a large amount and stop playing. But he will suffer the most loss if he does not fix his fund limit. If he bets outside the limit, he can face a lot of financial loss in a short time. This is a very natural thing. Because in gambling, you can make a lot of profit very quickly and even empty your account very quickly. I give more importance to fixing your fund limit than the time limit.

What is more valuable to you? Time or money? If money is more valuable to you, then set a budget for it instead of time. If time is more valuable than money, then set a time limit for how much time you will spend gambling. If both money and time are valuable to you, then set a budget for both.

For me, both money and time are valuable, so I only gamble when I have nothing to do, and the budget is very low for me. When gambling, you only spend what you can afford to lose, whether it is time or money.

Being disciplined as a gambler will help you to maintain your budget and not to gamble too much which has been a problem for most gamblers that are complaining of not seeing any  positive result from their betting activities. There is no  way we can determine the outcome of our bets and that should make us to be more disciplined when gambling since you can nut predict what will happen to you soon when gambling. It is better to spend some time calculating and strategizing on when to gamble and when to forget about wasting money on a bet.

The hours spent in gambling is like your added experience.

From the wrong decisions of the bets that you have made, that adds up to your better decision making before you bet for some matches.

That's why it does help but it doesn't necessarily mean that you know everything and you're always going to win.

Gambling should never feel like a death sentence, if you don't feel like playing then let it be so..

Personally I play with friends in different pools as something to consider as entertainment and for those bragging rights, otherwise if I want to stay away I can do that with ease !! And time off gambling should be encouraged to help reset ones mind..

The hours spent in gambling is like your added experience.
This applies to those who learn from their experiences. But are you aware, is it you or a friend beside you who makes the same mistakes when gambling? If done over a long period and not realized quickly, what happens is addiction.
The time we spend gambling does influence whether we become addicted or not. If you allocate a small amount of money for gambling, that might be okay. But if the small allocation is done routinely every day, it could become a problem for your finances. Also consider setting limits on your playing time.

But many dont understand because they can actually get what they want from gambling. When you take gambling as a do or die affair you will even up increase your lose in gambling.  The reason why it is always advisable to gamble with the amount that one can afford to lose is because of how risky gambling is. People need to understand that they canr force the lick out from gambling,  it is just very unpredictable, it is very important to set limit and gamble with the amount one can afford to lose.

Every responsible gambler should be time cautious just as they are money cautious. Because if there's no discipline in your time, you can't manage the money to be spent, the more time spent, the more you are hooked on gambling. An hour of 24 hours isn't bad each time you gamble. Some gamblers feel it's in a casino they can spend their fun time only, not knowing it can be divided too. It might feel like fun at first, but addiction can also follow without even noticing, so if you are only gambling for fun, you should also keep a few times for such fun and stop when necessary. Everyone has enough personal time, so it's advisable to keep it all disciplined.

Gambling when you’re free doesn’t guarantee that you’ll have the discipline to know when to call it a day or to continue gambling, even a person who plays when he’s not completely free can still be able to tell when it’s time to. Yeah, it’s true that gambling when you’re free has its own benefits but that’s not all we need (even if it’s still important though) what we really need as gamblers is self control and discipline as this helps us effectively navigate the complexities of gambling.

Usually depending on the fluctuations received when playing there, if the fluctuations in victory and defeat are high enough, they usually last longer because it will be very fun and stressful, gambling makes our emotions tossed around in emotional explosions that go up and down, different from losing streaks or flat it will be very boring and usually only use a little time.

But honestly the more time we play the more we feel like playing again and again and trigger dependence on that sense of fun from the emotions we get when playing, this does trigger an addiction that we should not underestimate.

What do you think about the total hours spent while gambling, does it also attributes to how quickly you could become addicted to gambling?
Recently I've been spending a lot of time on casual games to pass the time. I can spend up to 2 hours in one login, this is not a small amount of time and I did it repeatedly for 10 days in a row. Of course this is a form of my addiction to the game, even if I don't spend anything to continue playing, but there is a lot of time I spend there. The same thing also happens in gambling, the problem is of course how long you can survive with the existing balance, while you can still make a new deposit when the previous balance runs out.

Essentially, the more time you spend playing a game, the faster you'll become addicted to it. This applies not only to gambling but also to other non-gambling activities. Any activity that takes up your time and you do it repeatedly, then you are addicted.

We can do that only when we can control ourselves well, but for addicts it may not be that easy, they keep wanting to gamble, for those of us whose emotions are already regulated, whether we want to play or not, we can easily regulate it, the passionate desire within us does not exist or can be neutralized with a calm and mature mind.
An addict who always spends his time gambling will never have sanity like you, and clearly maybe that could be said to be a punishment for those who cannot control themselves, some people can die because of that.

OP, it is good that as a gambler taking breaks would help to refresh and restrategize to making sure you come up successful in the space but the truth is that whether you take a break or not, the casino ods are always high and there is no way you can do anything about it because they are always in the right track as it is their way of doing it. So if you are taking a break, it is better for you to just refresh yourself and regain momentum than hoping to get something out of what you can never tell how it happens.
