 because I want to launch deliver service local area using Google API. I want legit and transparency.
Login, sign/ registration KYC both drivers and costumer, payment integration pick up and drop off, google maps navigation admin account. How much is cost?

It depends on which site or platform you hire a developer from. There's usually some sort of rating and reviews there that you can use as a reference. If you a bit knowledgeable the website creation process, you might be able to better anticipate potential fraud or breach of contract.

Unfortunately, afaik there's no comprehensive list of web development services on this forum for you to check out, but I know of a few solo devs that I believe are highly trustworthy, such as NotATether or mprep.

Check their work and their feedback, and ask if they can deliver what you need at the right time at a cost that you have.

You can post your offer in the service section of Bitcointalk. There are a lot of website developer threads here, or check Fiverr, Fiverr is also good, as creators and developers have feedback and reviews on their work, and prices and types of work are available on their profile

Personally, I had the best experiences with companies and contractors through personal recommendations from friends and business partners.  If you cant get a direct referral, though, you just have to be smart about how you vet them.

Like, for example, give them a small, paid job first, like setting up a simple landing page, to see how they communicate and if they actually know their stuff.  And also, dont ever pay everything upfront. I suggest you break the project into pieces and only pay when a specific part is finished and working.

On Fiverr the contractors charge you more to fix their broken solutions, because you have to pay each time they send you a revision.
