I am seriously tired of looking to charts like this, I am not new trader I have been here for couple years been trough some bear markets but I am just tired, I know I can make money shorting this, but that is also tiresome because I know I hold some BTC on spot.
What is your take on this guys, are you expecting reverse and why?

A lot of times what looks like a bear confirmation just turns into a long sideways accumulation before the next move. If you already hold BTC on spot it might be easier mentally to just zoom out a bit and stop trying to catch every short term move.
If you feels tired, you can take a break and leaves the market so that will release your stress watching the market and refresh your minds. You don't have to watch the market all day long but manage your time and just check the market and see how good the movements.
If the move is still not good, you can leave it and do something so your attention can distract and you can leaving the market without hesitation. We don't know for sure what happens to the market, some says the price will still increasing. But we don't know what will happens so we should prepares for anything happens and adapt the current situation
