Thanks for tag  , there is a little change in regulation for Quali this week !! ,
An ajustement to the energy management parameters for Qualifying at the Japanese GP has been agreed with the unanimous support of all Power Unit Manufacturers.

I don’t think the current rule adjustment is that bad, and I’ve read that it makes things better for the drivers. They have said that they can’t push to the limit, which apparently led to the rule change.


During training it appears that McLaren might be back; so far they have been on par with the works Mercedes team, with Ferrari just behind. The only one who currently won’t be happy is Verstappen, as he doesn’t seem to be fully competitive at the moment.

ROUND 3 JAPAN GP [DEADLINE START OF QUALY]

For this round we have the first change on the tierm and its crazy to said this but thanks to the crazy results we had in the first two races in tier 2 we have now McClarendrivers and..... HAAS drivers, Redbull is in the tier 3 which now i can expect a lot of people picking Verstappen there but..... what if Max crash or does another shit race? The possibilities are there.

Saw (unintentionally but it was plastered on frontpage of BBC, which is a generally trash site I visit but I like some of their features) a news item where he threw out a Guardian journo because of the discomfort he caused the snowflake Dutchman about last year's Spain race. Journos can be assholes, true, especially sports ones but you get where you are, you ought to take it on the chin.

I checked the weather reports and they are favorable for thew race, so drivers cant have any excuses this weekend.

I think he is really pissed with the Red Bull car this season.
He knows Japan Grand Prix track very well and he won many times, but he cant do anything if his machine is inferior compared to others.
I dont think he is going to crash in this race, but I dont expect him to win many points.

Congratulations to Antonelli, a strong performance and a significant lead over Russell. I actually had Russell in first place in my predictions, but we’ll just have to wait and see what tomorrow’s race brings.

Behind them, it’s a battle between Ferrari and McLaren. Verstappen isn’t up to par right now and was already eliminated in Q2. It’s going to be tough for him, but overall it looks like a difficult year for Red Bull.

Another Mercedes double. It's good that at least the intra-team competition is visible. Verstappen is 11th, damn, it seems like this brand will drag everyone down, I chose him, but it seems that because of the car he has no chance and we need to choose someone else. And I definitely won't watch tomorrow's race, since 9 a.m. on Sunday is definitely not the time to be awake

Oh shit man thanks for the tag, I really almost forgot about this! Took a 2 day vacation with friends (I kinda was forced to as I had too much leave accumulated and even from 2024, so if I didn't take it I would lose it. Company can only pay max of half of the leave days

However I saw on the news the race and it had already started so I forgot Maybe I do better with the default picks

I was expecting to see more people risking in their picks but seems like most of us goes with the ussual ones, its not good to see this Mercedes dominancy which is super big right now, the only good thing from this raceweek until now is the comeback of McClaren in the fight.

Lets see how the race goes, i dont know if i can see it in live.

As expected, we once again have Mercedes on top. I don't expect any exciting races tomorrow either. Most of us have the same answer so now it's just a matter of getting a little lucky on the last one with my Nico Hunlkenberg pick😁

In My pickup... I think the real difference will be whether Bearman stands out and manages to score points. The rest of my picks are fairly random, and compared to the rest of the field, they’ll only result in a few more or fewer points for each of us. I feel like in every round, I’m not necessarily trying to bet on the best drivers, maybe rather fading the best ones. 

I’m not sure if it’s possible to have the same number of drivers in each selection; something like a 6-6-5-5 split, or if we could simply choose our ( pickups) 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th picks from the entire field pilotos.

Great race by Antonelli, he’s definitely in better form than Russell right now, and he’s also taken the lead in the Formula 1 World Championship. I’m also happy for Italy, it’s been a while since they’ve had a driver who can compete for the championship.

After such awful start Kimi still managed to managed to win. Bearman crash played big role because Russel made pit stop just before it, while others got free pit stop under safety car. Don't know about you guys, but for my brain it'sstill difficult to understand that Kimi at such young age is already title contender.
And that Bearman crash was really scary, good that he didn't got injured.
Now we will have extremely long break without F1, it will be soooo empty.

What's happening with the Tier 4 Pick is absurd I don't know, I think this format definitely doesn't favor me, and the point spreads are way too high. I feel worse than Alonso 😋
