Leclerc was the fastest driver in the first practice which makes us wonder if he wants to win his home race and cut the Mercedes run, the second FP was won by Hamilton and Leclerc was second being pretty close, so seems like Ferrari is strong in this one.

I dont trust results from Practice runs and final race results are often very different if we compare them from past.
Ferrari car have more advantage in Monaco GP race but I dont think they have the best drivers this season.
Everyone is talking about Leclerc winning this one and I am not sure he will handle the pressure correctly.

Yeah it is hard to trust it at times then when the race starts nothing pans out I've been there before several times, guess you just gotta trust your gut and go with the first choice instead of debating on who to pick but I like to see how drivers do and see any mistakes if any that they make and how they adjust but still all speculative at the end of it all. As far as Leclerc goes bro for someone reason I thought the same thing that he might be a little too hyped up here but this is how it goes nowadays I shut off all media and social media and most times go with the gut, all that outside noise tends to influence picks half the time.

So, Ferrari are still the favorites after practice, and Hamilton's career is not over yet in Monaco, so many rumored news proved to be true in the end. Good for him!!

Funny how McLaren are celebrating their 1000th Grand Prix in Monaco with all sort of problems they have in one of their cars, Lando car to be precise. I think that like Leclerc said if I would have to bet on us on a specific track this would be the track I would go for it. Today qualifying will play a huge role in determining the winner tomorrow although based on how closer and better the cars chase each other in this new format I think we can see some sort of surprise result and I really hope this is the case and we see some overtaking from the track or at least from pit stops. Personally I consider this race the best of all calendar despite many people calling it a very boring race most of the times, this is the most iconic Formula 1 track and for me will remain forever so.

For this specific race I'd argue they do. It's basically Leclerc's home and Hamilton has huge experience here as well.
Antonelli was really fast in this last practice round so it will be interesting to see how the qualifiers will go.

It was a strange qualifycation when we all think about we are gonna cut for once the Mercedes domination we are again with a Mercedes in the front of the grid thanks to a majestic lap made by Kimi Antonelli, i believe someone is much more pissed than us and that is for sure George Russel who is seeing how Kimi keeps opening the gap if he finally win the GP.

Damn, this time I was playing with fire - I submitted my picks 58 seconds before the deadline. I tuned in broadcast and realised that I haven't done something.
I remember that few years ago whole Top 10 finished exactly same as they qualified, wondering how many changes this year we will have. Offcourse, Russel wouldn't like such scenario

Those 50 milliseconds or so don't say much. And keep in mind that Monte Carlo is a slow track, reducing big time the advantage of the Mercs. Plus the technical regulation has changed, giving more chances to the competitors. That will unfold in the next races though.
However, back to Monte Carlo, what you guys think of Charles' little crash at the end? What are the odds Ferrari engineers will make his car perfect for tomorrow, with no balance issues?

You didnt bribe formula one teams enough Mafia so I think your information is not correct this time.
According to qualification results Antonelli is again on top and we have biggest jump for Verstappen and team Red Bull racing.
Main race have could have different results but I still dont trust Leclerc is winning this time.

I can't even remember my picks actually, but pretty sure I had Leclerc, so eh, looks like I need him to win for this to matter (expected him to start far lower and climb like the majestic little Monegasque that he is. Honestly, after today's race, the surprises with Kimi are over. Even if he wins, it's no longer enough to be surprised; he's a phenomenon. Which is good, because at least the excitement of the unexpected has returned to F1.

As for Leclerc, he's been having "problems" with the brakes. It seems this setup favors Hamilton more, especially after what happened to him on a circuit where braking makes all the difference.

In our prediction, I'd like Max to win simply because he's in my pick, but if Kimi wins (which is the most likely outcome), it will be a piece of F1 history, so I'll be equally happy.

Although, to finish with Hamilton, I have a question: what has made him improve the car so much? Could it be the addition of the "wing" that KK is using?
