Well guys this is our last GP before we took a pit-stop (a break) for a month so make your best and try to put yourself nearby to the paid positions for the comeback.

Hungaroring is a circuit in which no so much surprises happens, but who knows.....

As always let me know if something is not working properly.

Hey bro let me know if I'm wrong but you gave me 24.5 points on the leaderboard and it says 26.5 on the actual race...Belgium Gp just a slight error but I'm sure you will correct if I'm right...I need any extra points I can get been having a terrible season overall.


And look at Austria also you gave me 36.5 on the actual race and 24.5 on the leaderboard....please have a look and let me know, everything is looks good though.

Hi Jine, yes you are correct i was just gonna re-check the leaderboard today, yesterday i only run the VLookup formula so it did in automatic and i didnt have time to make the double check. Normally it took the first one it saw and that was your first submission. Now i corrected it.

Please check my results too, I think the formula is broken. I remember that I was about 30 points behind first place, and when in the last race I won 10+ points (relative to first place), but there was no reduction in the distance, I thought “maybe it seemed to me”. But now I see that in round 8 I have 26 points in the main table, and if I go to the race page there are 31.

That is ok it is 24.5, but it wasnt your fault it was mine, since i left attached the formula i use into the totals column so the spreadsheet was updating it with the last race, now i left one fixed. You can check it by summing the drivers you have with the information there.

Let me know if my explanation was not understanble, between the normal job and real life hurries im running to catch it up, sorry about it. And thanks again for pointing me out.

yeah I'm not understanding you at all to be honest the correct score for that race according to your data is 36.5 not 24.5 and it's still the same on the leaderboard so it needs to be corrected when you have the time that is, since you made that comment about real life and btctalk life, no worries but it'll help whenever you can fix it....thanks

Its fixed the correct is 24.5 for the GP 8 like it said in the leaderboard. You can also check it here.

I always use the same race result  sheet for calculations and since it forget to unlink it. Now i unlink it and 24.5 is correct as you can see for GP 8.

No worries bro big misunderstanding on both parts it happens and all is good now I understand fully now and thanks for clearing everything up too, now I hope this round can be a little better for me cause it's been rough, I might use one VAR i'll post here if I do indeed use it.

I love it when you climb places even when you screw up massively like me like I did this last race and still be able to climb a couple of places in the leaderboard which as I say is amazing. In this track though going ahead and putting picks before you have data from all the free sessions is very dangerous as rarely do overtake happens in this track. Personally I will wait as I want again to win the yellow cap in this track also   . The problem is rain or Safety Car messes things up badly and turn this in a lottery also like Belgium.

Jesus slam, what did I ever do to you to deserve such vilification? But I'll have you know, this was entirely on purpose. I didn't like how close I was to jayce so quickly, so decided to one up him and get even fewer points than he did last race.

I'm still not sure what I'll achieve this week, other than complete satisfaction.

Well guys just to let all of you know i now updated the OP with the final prize distribution for this contest and season. It was the most selected by a vast majority.

1º 32.5% 7.5mbtc + $650
2º 20% 4.6mbtc + $400
3º 10% 2.3mbtc + $200
4º and 5º 7.5% each one 1.725mbtc +$150
6º to 9º  1.15mbtc + $100
10º 2.5% 0.6mbtc +$50

Until now we are all still in the fight, at least for something which is really good.

It's great that we already have the incentives halfway through the season. The truth is, my driver was giving me that annoying feeling of not knowing how far he was going to be in F1 this season. Now we just have to wait for the mathematical hope of being #1.

The first practice session in Hungary will start soon, and for now I am waiting to see the results, even though practice times should not be overvalued. I am especially curious about Aston Martin, as the team has brought a very large number of upgrades and improvements to this race weekend, as shown in the list below. It will be interesting to see whether these changes have an immediate impact on performance and if Aston Martin can take a significant step forward compared to recent races. This could be a very important weekend for the team.
