As a new member here you will not get any takers for this except you can come up with some sort of collateral for the lender. This is not a forum you can register on and then try to get some money from, you can explore real life options and use collateral you have acquired to get a loan.

If it's not something you can discuss in public, it's probably not valid collateral.  If you haven't already done so, I suggest you read this:

You might have a better chance of getting a loan if you were to post your request with your main account...  Unless, of course that's the reason you don't want to discuss collateral in public?  Is that why your collateral is "negotiable"?  Do you plan to offer your established account as collateral?

This further reduces your chances of getting an offer. You are the one looking to make a deal, the burden of showing you have a valid collateral falls on you and that is what will determine if a prospective lender will be interested.

I assume this is what you want to discuss in private with a prospective lender. You can try messaging them on that other account privately and discuss the details there.

I've read the guidelines on collateral, thank you - there are domain names if that is your cup of tea, there are physical goods, digitial items it is dependent on what works best for the lender. Locally your would be scalped if I walked in with a 64 gig stick of ram to a lender because they don't understand that it is worth $300+ today. Or they understand and will feign ignorance and offer you $10 for the funny electronics.

About my old account, I've tried to recover it many times, it was part of the great database leak, unfortunately I lost the primary email connected to it in the same sweep, so haven't been successful. While trying to recover it I have just been lurking and mostly jumping on altcoins.

What kind of collateral would you deem acceptable, digital items such as domain names, access to by business cloud accounts which has my real name, billing info and credit card numbers. Or are you close enough that a motorbike registration is useful. Like I mentioned I'm happy to discuss what would work best for any prospective lender in private.

I'm also aware that my account is a New User account, hence why I mentioned it in the subject, new old user.

Negotiable probably means "trust me, bro." They will send personal documents and useless accounts on other networks as collateral.
Since he is not new to this forum, surely knows how lending without collateral works here. If he had something tangible to offer, it would be written in the first post.

I've been trying to recover my old account, it was lost in the database leak many many years ago and I lost my connected email address (and a lot other interesting and important accounts at the time). If search for username works, check rnts08 - and I can show you ownership and activity on the github account rnts08 since 2010. Collateral could be domains or other things that are able to be converted back to the value online, or if you're close to me - I'd offer up something physical that is easy to ship and convert into value.
