UserID: NIT106529

Pending Withdrawal: 39.75 mBTC

Total Account Balance: 120 mBTC

Last Successful Withdrawal: April 2025

I am posting this as a formal warning to the Bitcointalk community regarding Nitrobetting.eu (mynitro.io).
I have been unable to successfully withdraw any funds from this platform since April 2025.
Currently, I have a pending withdrawal for 39.75 mBTC, but more importantly, my total remaining balance on the site is 120 mBTC.

The Pattern of Deception: For nearly a year, I have engaged with their customer service repeatedly. Every single inquiry is met with the same script:"The technical team is working on it.""Please be patient, your request is in the queue.""We are experiencing high volumes/technical updates."The Reality:It has been 10 months. There is no "technical update" in the world that prevents a Bitcoin transaction for 300+ days. It has become clear that Nitrobetting is using these canned responses as a stall tactic to avoid paying out larger balances.

I am calling on the Nitrobetting (mynitro.io) representative here on Bitcointalk to address this. I will not stop updating this thread and sharing my experience across gambling watchdogs until my 120 mBTC balance is made accessible.

???This was today’s reason why there is a delay for the withdrawal

“ As we are not a financial institution, we must follow strict internal protocols to comply with financial and gaming regulations. To remain within regulatory standards, we adhere strictly to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) frameworks and other applicable requirements. For this reason, withdrawal reviews may, at times, take longer than expected.”

Has anyone here been able to successfully withdraw recently??

Lol, that's a lame ass excuse. The withdrawal delay issue at their casino has been happening for years now. There is no way that it is because they are strictly adhering to AML regulatory standards.

Has anyone here been able to successfully withdraw recently??
On January 28, someone was able to finally get their funds out of nitrobetting after waiting for 10 months.

Here's the link to the thread

Thank you. It’s clear that this book is having liquidity issues. But I wonder why. How does a damn Sportsbook have issues like this? It really boggles the mind.

Anywho, if I happen to get paid at some point, I will report here.

Here is the latest reply from MyNitro.io in regards to my withdrawal (Andrew):

2-16-26:
“Thanks for waiting, your request is still pending and awaiting the necessary reviews before it can be resolved; for now we do not have an ETA we can share. I will send our payment team a reminder about your request. Rest assured, they will do their best to complete the needed process as soon as possible.”

Here is today’s response:

“ Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us, and I sincerely apologize for the delay and the frustration this situation has caused.
Please keep in mind that, as a non-financial institution, we are required to follow strict protocols to comply with both financial and gaming regulations. In order to remain fully compliant, we must adhere to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) frameworks and other applicable regulatory requirements. Due to this, withdrawal reviews may occasionally take longer than expected, especially for certain amounts.
That said, I completely understand your concern regarding the 39 mBTC transaction. I have personally flagged your case to the relevant department and escalated it to management to ensure it is reviewed as soon as possible. Our team is actively looking into it.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with while this is being reviewed.
Best regards,
Joseph A.
CS Team”

Does anyone see a pattern here??
The pattern is there and you have already figured out where it is going. They'll continue to make lame excuses for your withdrawal request. And if you'll go their announcement thread. You'd see a lot of red flags on them, from the profile of their representative. And some the same concern of withdrawal requests that has never been approved. So, I'm sorry to tell you that they have a bad reputation in the forum and I don't think that you'll ever get your money from them.
