I HAVE DEPOSITED 3500 INR ON 14TH JAN BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN CREDITED TILL DATE I HAVE PROVIDED THEM WITH ALL THE INFO , HAD TICKET CREATED BUT I NEVER GOT THE OPTION FOR 7 DAY MANUAL CREDIT FOR SOME REASON , TILL TODAY ITS JUST SHOWING ME SPEED UP AGAIN AND THERE HAS BEEN NO HELP ON MY DEPOSIT PLEASE HELP ME . I KNOW IT MIGHT BE A SMALL AMOUNT OR FOR SOME OF YOU IT MAY SEEM THAT WHY ARE U DOING FIAT IF U SAW SO MANY TOPICS ON FIAT , I DONT HAVE MEANS OF PURCHASING CRYPTO FOR NOW IF I HAD I WOULD DEFINITELY DO THAT. I would be greatful if anyone of u can help i know holydarkness no longer has the means but im just posting so that maybe someone from bcgames notices this .

Why not use the P2P trading option? There are some platforms that can let you purchase crypto using your fiat. Or even in this forum, you could get a reputable Indian member willing to sell you some BTC for your money if you advertised in the right place.

Give them some time, this is a weekend, they might be inactive during weekend. Also worth mentioning that major part of Asia is on Lunar New Year holiday season, so their reply might take even longer, if they happen to be celebrating it.

Yesterday someone posted about a similar issue as yours.[1] INR deposit not credited for more than a month. Then someone suggested him to contact bctokenbot via pm, but the user discovered that the account doesn't allow messages from newbies. Are you sure you have sent a pm to that account? That account has a default message settings so that newbie can’t send messages.
He should be notified about mentioning here if he has already activated one of the mention notification tools. At least he can visit this board frequently to contribute, but he doesn't seem to care about all the opened disputes.

i have sent him tonnes of messages the newbie account setting i have already taken care of , he probably has to do it himself too . If someone can message him to check the thread i will greatly appreciate it

Are you trying to say the messages are not being sent or something like that?

The rep was only today, and not a word from him yet again. Not even in any of the threads where there are complaints regarding the fiat problem which is something not cool for an account that was created to resolve issues.

Maybe try the email address too if you haven't sent any message yet

Though it's a bit ambiguous what setting does bctokenbot set to accept/block PM from newbies, I think OP said that his message bounced as bctokenbot set to block PM from newbies. I was torn between bctokenbot's setting myself because some newbies managed to reach them, but I read elsewhere that they set to block from newbies.

OP, are you sure you've ticked off your block PM from newbie yourself? Because, since you both on newbie rank, you need to turn off that auto-block on your side in order to be able to send PM to other newbies. FAIK.
