Yes, it's actually hard to want to let go of the amounts you have lost while gambling, but it is even more harder to think of trying to recover all the money you have lost while gambling, since it actually takes luck for such to happen when you win a jackpot. Yes, it's quite an achievement but I would say take the precautions is necessary because the chances of relapse is high when we quit any addiction so if nobody knows that we quit or doing it then we might dare to touch the same thing so let the others know about what we achieved is also a good thing when it comes to addiction so we will be feeling some kind of hesitation to touch that again.
