Hey, min deposit and withdraw is 10 USDT or equivalent value in any currency. Deposits are optimistic so credit usually within 30 seconds, sometimes may take a longer but never more than 2-3min. Withdrawals are processed and sent in 30-60 seconds and then it depends on network speed to confirm in your recipient wallet. We've been transparent on terms so far in this thread, if you have any concerns let us know!

I see how full of tricks the new casino is now just to acquire players. Putting up a NO KYC banner is common, but upon reading their terms…

It was not just a lie, but I see no seriousness in being KYC-free. I don't know why it goes like this when they can say directly that this casino is not KYC friendly. At least everyone is aware of the situation even without reading the TOS.

The point you quoted mentions deposits. From what I understand, it's about verifying the origin of the money, i.e., AML, not KYC.

Deposit is what exactly the main reason why there’s KYC(Know Your Customer). Casino should follow AML Policy to avoid being involved on money laundering in case one of their players deposit dirty money on their platform.

The point being taken here is casino claiming 100% anonymity while they have the right to ask KYC later on once you register and deposit.

KYC is not a big deal anymore but claiming a no KYC feature but the ToS stated the opposite is not ethical.

Good point. My point was that when we talk about KYC and what casinos are many times hiding, everyone means that casinos ask for KYC upon withdrawal.

We need to distinguish between these two things here.

Luckyanon claims to be KYC-free for withdrawals.

Of course, I see the risk in the fact that the above-quoted point gives them the right to ask for it from anyone. I think they should clarify this for clarity.

I think we have clarified this before in previous posts but to do so again. Every business has to adhere to AML policies we use on-chain analysis for incoming funds, if they are coming from blacklisted addresses then legally we have to have the right to request additional information and our terms state clearly it is specific to deposits. Where KYC is a concern for players is that casinos use it as a weapon to block paying out players. We have zero KYC or tricks regarding payouts and our terms clearly mention it is only related to deposits.

What parts specifically of the terms are you concerned about? We've addressed many parts of them earlier in this thread but if something is still concerning please let us know the exact clauses so we can look into it and provide a clear answer.
I have specified the part regarding KYC and location. Your terms are conflicting with your slogan. I have visited your terms again when writing this post, I am quoting again the concerned part for you.

4. Know-your-customer ("KYC")
4.1.
We reserve the right, at any time, to ask you for KYC documentation if we deem it necessary in order to determine your identity, location or age, or for any other purpose. We reserve the right to restrict your ability to access any or all Services or to make payments or withdrawals until your identity has been determined to our satisfaction, at our sole discretion.
That part clearly indicates the same as other KYC gambling platforms. Looks like another copy of the KYC platform; not sure if you copied from another platform. You are saying on the forum you will never ask for KYC, so why do you reserve the right for that? Your previous explanation isn't satisfying.

In other news we are making updates to our btc withdrawal system after finding a small bug slowing down the processing of some transactions, this should be fixed within the hour.

Do users of this forum care about lightning network and would that be of interest to have that implemented?
Good to know you are working hard to improve your system. And I think gamblers would be interested in the Lightning Network. You could definitely implement it to attract more BTC lovers who like to use the Lightning Network for withdrawal and deposit.

You are completely right 4.1 was way too generic. We just updated it to

4.1.

We reserve the right to request KYC documentation if we detect suspicious activity, potential fraud, or violations of these terms, such as:

Multiple accounts created to abuse bonuses or promotions
Coordinated activity identified through on-chain analysis, shared IP addresses, device fingerprints, or wallet patterns
Unusual transaction patterns suggesting money laundering or fraud

We may temporarily restrict your account or certain high-risk transactions until your identity has been verified to our reasonable satisfaction.

Since we do not require PI when registering we open ourselves to fraud and abuse from multi-accounting so this is in place to defend against that and abusive behaviour.

The OP has already clarified his stance on the KYC free casino in the post above and that is same for all the casinos who are not asking for KYC and only have it on-demand. Some of them will always ask KYC on withdrawals while other may allow you to gamble and withdrawal without KYC but one should be mentally prepared that they can ask for KYC anytime they suspects any irregular activity or suspicious transfer / deposits in the casino.

For those who can't afford any sort of KYC, they can play at Luckyanon as long as they allow them and then move on if they ever ask for KYC  Smiley

Do users of this forum care about lightning network and would that be of interest to have that implemented?

Well, it is nice to have many options. Although I don't really expect a lot would be interested as it's not beginner friendly. Statistically, there are way more on-chain BTC users as opposed to off chain as well.

From my observation, people who wants cheaper fees tend to just use altcoins with cheap network fee. Personally, I use BTC and altcoins for gamba and purchasing with crypto.

How's you BTC withdrawal fee BTW? is it mempool dependent? does the casino take a slice in the fee?

We don't take a slice of the fee and we cover it on behalf of players when withdrawing

OP replied that betting should be added to 2 months:

Regarding sportsbook we'll be adding that and originals within 1-2 months.

If this happens, we will have another complete casino on the market.

Welcome mate. Good to see you here. Seems registration on your casino platform does not require a password, because while registering, there was no option for a password, and I do not see that to be convenient and safe at the same time because it seems our account would not be safe or are you trying to make us use google to sign in whenever we want to play games on your platform? I do not buy such an idea. Maybe you could tell your team to look into it and make a password option available so that we are sure our accounts are safe. Otherwise, I would not make any deposit till I confirm the password option on my account login.

OTP is much more secure from a cybersecurity perspective than simple email/password. Use protonmail with 2FA to authenticate or simply connect with metamask/walletconnect with no email required.

This is very easy for your sayings, but do you think it is everybody who is comfortable with this you are saying here? Fine, it is good you have said this, but it would also be better if you make available other registration and login options for members to choose the one best and most convenient for them, because nobody wants to waste their time when there are many casinos out there they could register with easily.

You are completely right 4.1 was way too generic. We just updated it to

4.1.

Since we do not require PI when registering we open ourselves to fraud and abuse from multi-accounting so this is in place to defend against that and abusive behaviour.
Then the things remain the same. It's still a KYC platform, though you are not initially asking about that. I can understand it's very important to prevent abusers on the platform. But if you honestly handle these matters, then fine, because most of the time users allege having multiple accounts. However, you can still stand with suspects during users' withdrawal.

However, is there any other way to prevent abuse except asking for KYC? I think there should be something that developers need to work on to prevent such abuse; then it would be fine. Anyway, we need to observe your platform about the KYC policy. Don't want to see any allegation regarding withdrawal and KYC issues.

For those who can't afford any sort of KYC, they can play at Luckyanon as long as they allow them and then move on if they ever ask for KYC  Smiley
It is an option, and it is not a problem for me as long as I trust the casino. But because this is new, doubts can be there.

Can someone afford to leave a huge amount of money after being asked for KYC? I don't think so. But for the sake of getting his win, he will do it even though it might compromise his personal information.

What I'm trying to say is that the casino should be telling the truth about KYC because it matters a lot. Of course, it is important to read the TOS, but they will not trick people into saying they are KYC-free.

To remove any doubt about KYC we have removed section 4 from terms completely and will use other methods to prevent abuse other than asking for KYC as you mentioned which is a much better solution. If you have any other concerns please let us know!

We offer registration with email + otp code which is the most secure authentication method compared to email + password. Users can register with an email and nothing else making it the most streamlined registration process in the industry.

Alternatively users can simply register by connecting any web3 wallet via wallet connect with no email or additional information required.

Do you provide 2FA for user accounts after account registration so that they can go to their account settings, and turn on 2FA for their account security?
2FA nowadays is like a standard for user account security, but surely it is an option, and users can decide to turn it on or off.

2 Factor Authentication applications have close source and open source, and if you can allow your users optional choices with close source, and open source 2FAs, it's great. Do you have it on Luckyanon already?
Privacy Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Multifactor Authentication.
