We offer registration with email + otp code which is the most secure authentication method compared to email + password. Users can register with an email and nothing else making it the most streamlined registration process in the industry.
Do you provide 2FA for user accounts after account registration so that they can go to their account settings, and turn on 2FA for their account security?
2FA nowadays is like a standard for user account security, but surely it is an option, and users can decide to turn it on or off.

2 Factor Authentication applications have close source and open source, and if you can allow your users optional choices with close source, and open source 2FAs, it's great. Do you have it on Luckyanon already?

Email + code cannot be the most secure authentication method. If the email is compromised, so is the website linked to the email, as there will be no need for a password.



@luckyanon under deposits (USDT) can you rename those networks in a much better way? You can't just say USDT Binance. I think you probably mean Binance Smart Chain, or BSC or BEP20

Good to hear that you are listening to the community’s suggestions.
I agree with you that OTP is more secure than the traditional username/password login method, but like other members, I find it a bit inconvenient to have to check your email to get the one-time code every time you need to log in.
Allowing users to choose between OTP and the traditional log in method and adding optional 2FA, would be much appreciated. jmo.

Your company only can provide some security layers for users but users themselves have to secure and protect their emails and accounts firstly.

Emails and accounts must be secured by strong passwords, and there are some advices for doing that together with password manager softwares.

Just a warning for everyone here:

I had a huge win (8,000x my stake) on Zeus vs Hades 250 from Pragmatic, and when I tried to withdraw my winnings, the casino told me the win had to be sent to the game provider for verification.

I was told this would be resolved within 24 hours, but more than 24 hours have already passed and there is still no resolution.

After those 24 hours, they are still delaying things, telling me to wait and that it will be resolved soon, and to stay calm.

At the moment, I cannot say this feels safe or reliable, especially if you win a more significant amount. Based on my experience, you may face delays/problems when trying to withdraw bigger winnings.

I agree. It is best to use 2FA or the usual username and password. Besides, safety doesn't stop there. It also depends on how we take care of it.

Besides, I don't hear about hacked gambling accounts (or I just missed it). If we are not holding money with them, there is nothing to worry about. What we are worried about is that after our deposit, the casino will be gone. That even the craziest thing happened.

We recently had a coordinated group exploiting the 5 USDT bonus redemption, we emailed our waitlist players from before launching to offer some of them 5 USDT to test the platform as we offered some players here on bitcointalk as well. 5 days after sending the emails, we had over 100 registrations from the same set of IP addresses all spaced 2 minutes apart with similar email address patterns. We removed bonuses for every email that did not match our waitlist outreach and was from the same IP address during the period when accounts were being systematically created and requesting bonuses.
