On-chain Bitcoin transaction fees make withdrawals below 100K sats expensive — the fee would eat most of the withdrawal. We're looking into Lightning Network to lower this in the future.
The more you explain something wrong, it could be that the site you manage is 100% untrustworthy by all users here. Your statement does not imply that you are an experienced person who can manage this kind of site.

How can you say that, try to see here 1.5 BTC sent for only 327 sats.

we'd like to credit your account with 10,000 sats because your question just made the product better! as a bounty.
Then you want to reward me with 10,000 sats for the bug discovery? Haha... You joke, what is the point of the 10,000 sats that are credited if in the end they can't be withdrawn?

I think you're too stingy, try to see here, they spend some of their operating funds to find out bugs on their site. They directly credit to the address of each user who finds it.

The server generates the deck. That's the same as every physical scratch card ever made — the National Lottery decides what prizes go into 40 million scratchers and you trust that it's fair.
you keep saying that, but comparing your game to the national lottery scratch cards is honestly kinda stupid.

Cards are assigned randomly. One way to prove is to announce winners. if some people play and they win randomly that would be good.
to do that, people need to play first, which i doubt is going to happen with your current setup.

Judging by their commitment and how quickly they respond to community needs, I have the impression this isn't the end.
it's not that hard when you use AI to do that for you.

In the screenshot below, I tried to register and only got 1 free card, why was there a total of 6 games?

I tried once to make a purchase that I cancelled, because I am not British. But in this screenshot it shows 5 pending payments, this is really strange.

not strange when the website is AI coded.
you can tell just from the UI, they all look the same.

You get 1 free card to test the system. The other are from purchase that wasn't completed.
is the free card real? does it have the same 1 in 3 odds? can you win 1BTC from it?
or is it like a demo thing?

Have you ever seen a scratch card for that doesn't allow you to withdraw small prizes?
also have you ever seen a scratch card that pays less than the cost of the card?

Right now, the entire IT and software industry is being heavily influenced by AI. So it's good that SatScratch is keeping up with the times. As we can see even here, AI accelerates operations, and that's what it's all about.

Bloody hell, this thread has really taken off in such a short time.

I also see that he has launched an affiliate campaign. I don't know if it's because of what I said here, but it's not the same to start out on the forum spending money on a campaign as it is to launch a campaign when your reputation is already in question. Besides, it's not a signature campaign, but a referral campaign.

I believe SatScratch is just some teenager who discovered AI - he/she has made many ignorant statements about crypto yet continues to improve their product.  If not for its immaturity in trying to blackmail negative feedback removal, it might have convinced us it was legit.  :/

Good question. We removed "provably fair" because the community rightly pointed out it didn't meet the strict definition — and we'd rather be accurate than misleading.
Your proactive approach in that regards deserves to noted.

As for viability — we believe in this because the returns are real. Someone is going to hit a big prize (1 million to 100 million sats) sooner rather than later.
If your claim about one in three cards being a winner, theoretically you could produce a 1 BTC win every three cards or maybe one winner every 10,000 cards (or even not have a 1 BTC winner at all), you are holding all of the cards and can do whatever you want. Correct me if I am wrong.

We genuinely hope it's someone from this forum so they can confirm it here themselves. That will say more than any claim we can make. Best of luck!
As you have signed a message to show ownership of 0.5 BTC and have claimed to own another 1.45 BTC without proving it, you are claiming to own 1.95 BTC. If you operate a fair system and it generates for example two jackpot wins and several small wins in close succession, you do not have the 2 BTC funds to cover the wins. I am sure you have an idea how that will affect the perception of your business model.

OP has stated the pictures are of collectibles that lose their value if scratched - he may not want to cover.    But it's a moot point anyway since he controls who wins and when.

You're not wrong — that's the same point LoyceV made and we've acknowledged it. Right now the deck composition is trust-based.

Two jackpots hitting in close succession is statistically near-impossible at our current volume. But your point is valid in principle so, if someone hits the jackpot today, we will peel some coins cover it.
Additionally, we're adding 0.5 BTC to the signed address by Wednesday, bringing it to 1 BTC verifiable on-chain. The physical coins remain as additional reserve. Obviously, we'll scale the reserve as volume grows.

For all we know, he can manually create the cards: a million empty cards, half a million cards winning 100 sats, 100 cards winning 1000 sats, 5 cards with 10,000 sats and that's it. Asking about being able to pay the highest prize is simply irrelevant without knowing how likely it is to win it.

...

I have seen this website and I havent understood yet how this should work. I mean... we have seen in the past similar gambling experience but how we can now you are really giving this chance?
proving to have funds what means? this doesn't provide any trust or logic in the whole process for getting the prize.
You are just showing that you have it. How we can verify that this is available DIRECTLY from the game?
Yes this is the best suggestion. Unless you can prove the offers of your site, there are no "signed messages" that can work...

What amazes me about this case is how persistent the user in question is because the account hasn't even been on the forum for a whole week. Normally, someone who registers on the forum, wants to scam, and finds this feedback and these threads would throw in the towel and try to scam somewhere else or in another way. And if they're trying to run an honest business too, they come to a place with good intentions and people keep finding fault with them, so the normal thing to do is to go somewhere else.

If we were in the second case, I suppose it's because some criticism has made him see potential flaws in their business.
