Sometimes, other historical factors aren't included in these predictions, and one important aspect AI lacks is intuition. When analyzing and predicting a match, we don't just base it on general information but also consider our intuition about what might happen.

I don't think that AI will kill the sports that we love, at least in terms of betting. On the contrary, maybe there could be more sports bettors as they see AI  can be a great tool to help them. But then again, even if it evolved, it might not be enough for a guarantee win.

We still betting on the unknown, perhaps AI can increased our chances, nevertheless there could still be that chance that we are not going to win all the time. It's good as it gets, but as humans, we should still rely on our basics, that is bet on who we think are going to win despite what the AI is saying.

If that will happen, sportsbooks will somehow change how they will operate, how they provide the odds to the bettors. Of course, they know how to alter their operations because they will be the one seeing the changes in the market. And supposedly, they are the ones seeing the impact of AI in how the gamblers bet and how much they are generating income despite of the presence of AI.

Last night, I bet on the match between Alexandra Eala and Sorana Cîrstea. Cîrstea was the favorite, Eala was the underdog. I asked AI for a prediction and, as expected, it picked Cîrstea because of ranking and experience.

But I didn’t agree.

I watched Eala’s previous game where she beat a Top 10 player, and she looked confident. So I trusted my own analysis and bet on Eala with high odds (around 5). No screenshot, but the bet won.

This made me realize something.

AI usually thinks like the public. It follows stats, rankings, and odds. Same logic as most casual bettors. It doesn’t really watch games, it doesn’t see momentum or confidence.

Even apart from using in gambling, you can't expect 100% accuracy from AI result. Going back to gambling now, AI can only made predictions just like normal predictions site, so modification is highly necessary if you want good result. I have once use AI for predictions before and I won but that doesn't make guarantee it's predictions because I have also lose using it as well. All I know is that AI predictions can never be accurate and it's percentage of accuracy sometimes can depend on how perfect you can use your prompt.

A few times that I was so lazy and asked AI for match predictions, the answer I got was in a natural note, nothing technical about the answer generated by the AI from that point I know the risks of adopting AI to make a full predictions for me in any game, gambling on it own us a game that is unpredictable even football matches can't be predicted accurately, there is need for combination of multiple factors to win, so let leave AI out of gambling to avoid stories that may touch the heart for us.

That kind of mindset makes you not take it seriously, because you don’t really see it as a challenge. No matter the outcome, it’s easy to convince yourself that you’re just doing it for entertainment. Honestly, I don’t think that way. When I’m betting, I really feel the challenge. Without that, there’s no way I’ll take it seriously. And only when you take it seriously is when you actually start to improve.
