Scam Accusation: 1xBet Holding ETH Deposit for 22 Days

I am opening this accusation because 1xBet is holding my Ethereum deposit hostage, their internal support is stonewalling me, and their Finance team refuses to manually review the blockchain evidence. I know the official 1xBet representative monitors this board.

The Facts:
On January 29, 2026, I deposited Ethereum to my 1xBet account (User ID: 705378043) via a major exchange. Because of how the exchange batches withdrawals, the transaction was routed via an internal smart contract.

1xBet's automated system failed to detect the smart contract routing, but the funds successfully arrived in the exact wallet address 1xBet provided. >

Support Admission: In a live chat on their site, the support agent 'Poppy' explicitly confirmed that their specialist team did receive the funds.

The Problem:
Despite physically possessing my money for 22 days and their own staff admitting receipt, 1xBet refuses to credit my betting account.

I have sent multiple emails and opened internal tickets. They are either ignored entirely or answered with a copy-pasted "please wait for the specialists" script. Their Finance team is too lazy to manually sweep the wallet and credit the funds, preferring to steal the deposit on a technicality.

My Demand:
1xBet needs to manually credit my account (ID: 705378043) immediately, or manually refund the exact ETH amount back to my sending wallet.

I am warning all crypto users on this forum: if your deposit requires any manual intervention at 1xBet, they will simply keep your money and ignore you. I will update this thread the moment the official rep here escalates this to Finance and resolves it.

It is beyond my comprehension skill that why would anyone in his right mind, will ever think of playing in proven scam casinos. 1xbit and 1xbet are being operated by same parent entity and if you have just read the sticky topic of this board you might have found that this is clear cut scam.
You ignored the STRONG advice of this forum and now you came here for help?
Lets assume that they somehow (by miracle) credit your balance, I will strongly recommend you to just cash out every single penny and play at some other credible casino after due research.

That warning is for new users, not for us. We all know that 1Xbet and 1xbit are scam sites, and we keep warning people to just ignore these two casinos and play on reputable casinos, but I guess there will be gamblers who will not do their research to check the status and reputation of these two casinos.
If ever they credit your money, the next problem is that if you bet and win, you will have an issue with how to withdraw that money because they are not going to allow it; they allow you to play, but never to win or withdraw your winnings.

For years, that casino, alongside its sister platforms, has been considered shady by many even in this forum. I am not sure why you insisted on using them.

Unfortunately not everyone in the world knows about this forum until they go searching for ways to report a scam site and ways to get their money back. 1xbit/1xbet advertises all over the place and some sites don't research or don't care if a site is a scam as long as they pay the advertising fee. I see ads for scam casinos when I visit some of the explorers. I wanna say dogecoin explorer most recently, but not 100% sure.

It is unfortunate that 1xbit and 1xbet are still scamming gamblers. Depositing on their site means you risk losing your funds, they have been generating their revenue by scamming for a long time. Since they have a large marketing budget, they can easily deceive their customers, so they run massive promotions on various platforms. Since they keep promoting by showing attractive offers, gamblers are still falling prey to these scam sites.

Thanks for the warning and this is for the newbies in the forum and maybe guests that are in the same situation. It's known to this community that this casino is known for scamming people. They've got a lot of ads banner everywhere but that's part of their antics. If you'll use the search box, you'd see how many threads were made in the past about them and even visiting their thread, you'd see a lot of complains there.

Correct me if I am wrong about this. From what I have seen, the majority of acams made by 1xbet are targeting cryptocurrency users. Fiat users are less damaged because of the cooperation between 1xbet and their banks, as if many users report to their banks, the banks would cease cooperating with them. I am not about to advice users use Fiat over crypto in this casino as I am pretty sure it's the kind of services to be avoided by all measures. However, I find it strange how 1xbet can run ads campaigns in many reputed places like in stadiums banners during major competitions and international tournaments.

Well, sorry but you made a mistake, some casinos, even some exchanges won't credit funds sent from a smart contract address, they usually will you about this in the deposit page to not send funds from a smart contract address because their system doesn't detect funds sent from a smart contract address and as such, your deposit won't be credited.

You made the above mistake and coupled with the fact that 1xbet is also a known scam casino, well, this is what many believe and it's the reason I stopped gambling there though in all the months I spent playing on the casino, I never encountered any issue, but they say obidient is better than sacrifice, I had to stop gambling on this casino when so many persons concluded the casino was a scam and also related to 1xbit.

I hope you get your fund either credited or returned though, but I just want to let you know that you possibly made a mistake yourself, it is never advisable to send funds from a centralized platform to another central platforms knowing that blockchain rules between the two platforms may differ..
