As much as I want to explore the casino but the default chatbox display is too big that occupied already 1/3 of my screen that result to compressed display of your casino games.

There’s no button how to minimize of close this chatbox. It should be close by default or fixed the size to mini size like the typical casino chatbox.

Looking at your screenshot, it seems like you're using an iOS device or iPadOS 26. The minimize button for the chatbox might not be visible because the screen isn't in fullscreen mode. I'd suggest trying to switch to fullscreen view first. The minimize button might appear after that. AFAIK, the minimize option for the chatbox is already available on the PC.

Actually, right now, it doesn't have one (a minimize button). I've clicked every icon on their chatbox, even clicked outside the chatbox, and it doesn't get minimized. 
And yes, I'm using a desktop browser. This non-existent feature would be fine for a desktop/PC user like me, but for mobile users, I can only imagine how small the space for the actual games are. 

It seems like the minimize button for the chatbox isn't showing because you're not logged in or don't have an account yet. From my experience, that icon only appears once you're signed into your account. Maybe try logging in first and see if the button shows up!

As for the Chat close button, It seems you guys didn't login. The close button appears only when you login. How you supposed to play the game without login?  

I merely wanted to see if that minimize button was indeed available or not, so, yes, I didn't log in on the site; I had no intention of playing in the first place.

Since you guys do not want to able to close the chat without even login on the website, I just added the chat close button for the users who are not logged in. However, you won't be able to see the chat again if you do not login.

That's the proper move.
It would have been even better if it were already hidden, since nobody goes to check on a casino and immediately wants to chat with random people. They check your platform for the list of games and what bonuses or promotions you offer, not what random people talk in the chatbox.

Welcome here, I am seeing lots argument over KYC and no KYC, and I know it is a major concern with members here, and it will be nice OP clearly states the casino's stand on kyc because I want to be sure of what I am doing if I should consider registering with the casino and OP will i get the registration bonus if I do register as I see you haave given many members here bonus to try your casino platform and I want to join the rest of the others to try your casino features and see how it goes. Not judging, I know this shit takes a lot of time to develop as I do it too.
some quick things I noticed

these are in no particular order of severity:
1) on basically every house game I tried, hotkeys would not work properly
2) Your FAQ states there is no minimum bet but a couple  have a min bet req, diamonds and mines and Tower i saw immediately. prbly more
3) received a tip and it showed the amount of uSDT to me in scientific notation.
4)  limbo is incorrectly displaying higher multis but still scoring the game as a loss
5) Wheel sometimes makes the winning sound even when it is a loss
6) GOogle forms for VIP transfer seems to work u theres no documentation i can find as to what vip transfer entails
In my experience its always best to implement the documentation before the feature.

It seems we got some exploiters from BitcoinTalk forum, who managed to exploit some bugs and used it in a few games. They successfully withdrawn some money already, and after blocking their account, they are threatening us to give negative review on the forum. We expect them to come here and write more details about it.

There will always be bad apples lurking, especially when businesses starts marketing on big communities.

But good news is, here in bitcointalk, unless they have a solid evidence, they most likely won't be backed by the community, essentially won't get the bad rap they want. A flag also would need enough support for it to be active.

I hope the bad actors didn't get a huge amount from you, and the team has started reviewing the platform's overall security.

I have played on blocino, I think their original games are very light and easy to use. I use my phone to play, and it works fine. Pretty impressive

Well, that's probably what happened. Furthermore, the OP used a code to claim the test bonus, allowing anyone to share it and abuse it. It would be better if the test bonus for Bitcointalk members was credited directly to their accounts to prevent abuse.

Exposing these abusers would be good, so everyone can red tag them 'til kingdom come. But, won't that only cause more problems for Blocino? That practically violates the user's privacy. They even stated on their own Privacy Policy page that they can't disclose any personal data to any third party unless required by law.
Doing so might also deter future possible gamblers from using this casino especially those who are keen on keeping their personal data private.

Yes. I know.
They didn't get much. The system flagged his withdrawal, yet I was lazy to check carefully before releasing the first withdrawal. Then I released the 2nd withdrawal without a check. Once he requested the 3rd withdrawal, I noticed that something is wrong. However, that wasn't much to be honest.

That is some good suggestions! I will implement the changes tonight. About the abuser, we do not have many users as you may know. We just launched two weeks ago and the platform is still in Beta. The guy actually threatened us of giving negative review on Bitcointalk forum. This happened the next day of our announcement thread launch.

Never be scared of anything like that. Just keep the evidence, including the threats. In this forum, as you may have gone through the scam accusations board, members mostly rely on the provided evidence before they can decide on which side is right or not. So you can actually make a counter-accusation on the culprit and all he says may be regarded false or malicious.

I was going through your Faq and I saw that if the minimum deposit of $10 is not met, your deposit will be lost.. we know very well that it's ideal for players to stick to these rules. But at some point players can make mistakes due to reason which may Include calculating fees plus deposit amount or something other which may not be their fault.. if a player deposits lets say $9.99, isn't there a way for your support to assist them rectify and retrieve the funds? I mean it can't actually be lost but will be sent to the deposit address.. I'll like to hear your thoughts on this..

I don't think if you deposit $9.99 instead of $10 it will reflect, because it has happened to me in exchange, were I deposited lesser than what exchange requested, and it did not confirm, I dont know if exchange and casino deposit is similar or not...

But one thing important is that, anyone who found a new casino, the person is suppose to read thoroughly about the rules and regulations of the casino, so that none of the rules of the casino will be missed out...

As you can see in this thread, we are still in Beta, and I am actually trying to fix everything.
The lead dev left the project halfway, and I am the only one fixing everything with the help of Cursor and with my knowledge. I found some loopholes in the game yesterday that some users were using, and we even paid some of them before realizing that there were bugs. We had to ban one of them and reset the balance for a couple of players for using the bugs, which our user agreement also covers. I would like to know your findings, and as I posted before, we are looking for exploiters to find any issues. The reward will depend on how serious it is.

It’s not really about being mean or not. If it’s written in their rules, then that’s what they will implement.

I’ve experienced this before with a casino that had a minimum deposit requirement. It was clearly stated in the TOS, but I only realized my mistake when my deposit didn’t reflect in my account even after blockchain confirmation. So I contacted support, and that’s when I found out the problem.

At first, I was ready to let it go since it was just a small amount. But support suggested that I deposit the missing amount so they could credit the total balance. They also warned me that if I made the same mistake again, they wouldn’t tolerate it anymore.

So in the end, it really depends on the casino if they give an exception or not. But if they strictly implement the rules, we just have to accept it.

Yeah right, there are few people here do that thinking that they can ask money to the casino for doing such action. But actually the representative or the owners it self should not get feared on those crazy actions done by those people.

Because people in Bitcointalk will look at the evidence they present before they believe on the claims posted by those people. If they can't provide and what they only do is to accuse for sure that will not hurt their reputation since there's no people will believe on such claims. For sure they can do counter claims and if they can prove that those accuser is wrong for sure they stay away and stop their nonsense actions.
