Dear CoffeeSipper64, Please drop us an email at support@blocino.com confirming that you consent to us sharing your personal data with the Bitcointalk user Kavelj22. Once we receive your confirmation, we’ll move forward accordingly. @Kavelj22, let’s hold off on drawing conclusions until you hear from both sides. Thank you

I already told you you share your proofs regarding my “breach of your Terms” here. What personal data are you speaking off? I was requested only an email to register and no more data were provided by me.
Wont be emailing your scam site anymore.

@Blocino.scam
Everyone has already told you to post the evidence here. You beat around the bush all the time. No one will come to play at your house anymore and that's a good thing, from the start I felt that you were unreliable. I think you're on the same team as the recent scammers.

Unfortunately, this is not how it works. As a company, we would not respond to such lame accusations, unprofessional request or demands.
You will have to follow the procedure.

You ask the user to give you permission to send the proofs to a mediator, but you ignore his permission to share what you have in public. That is professionalism of a blatant scam accusation. When someone see how you handle disputes, this will rise more red flags in his awareness to never think to use or re-use your services again. Why you don' reply to the accusations from user SenseiBitcoin? Don't you want to share your evidences against his story with a mediator as well?

And what short of personal information of mine do you have to be asking me this in the first place since the only thing requested by the user to register on your circus of a site is an email , a username and a password.
Do you claim to have MORE personal information than the ones the user himself is giving to you by registering?
Quite interesting things you are revealing here.
I am happy that users see into your scam and wont deposit to hand you any more extra money.

What do you call as professionalism? You ask the user to give you permission to send the proofs to a mediator, but you ignore his permission to share what you have in public. That is professionalism of a blatant scam accusation. This is a forum, and he can delete his posts any time he wants. He can edit it, and there are countless other possibilities. He should have sent us an email by now if he really wanted us to share our documents to you. We are a company, and we will have to follow the procedure. Why you don' reply to the accusations from user SenseiBitcoin? Don't you want to share your evidences against his story with a mediator as well? What are you talking about? What accusation does SenseiBitcoin make? Where is his scam accusation thread? Care to share some reference? Why do we have to reply to such lame accusations? Of course, we will respond to accusations that have some base. What is stopping him from sending us an email giving consent to share his data with you?

I have sent you 3 emails regarding sharing the proofs about my supposed breach of your terms. You sent me 2 copy-pasted emails about some terms I violated on two of which I DON'T EVEN HAVE POWER ON. Now you claim to have PERSONAL information about me when all I had to give you to register was a username , an email and a password and you want me to "authorize" you with some email to do what exactly? give out some personal information of your client to a forum? I am telling you here one last time, post ALL the evidence you have on me breaching the terms and conditions of your clown casino site. What is good that nearly all people have caught up to your scam and are not going to give you a dime , which makes me happy and indifferent about the 600 pennies you scammed me of.

The last correspondence we received from you was the initial thread in which you accused us of a scam. We have not received any follow‑up email from you granting consent to share evidence privately with the forum user. As a company, we are bound by strict policies and cannot publicly disclose user data. We have explained this several times already, yet your messages continue to repeat the same point. Please follow the established procedure if you'd like to move forward. Otherwise, this will be our final response on the matter. Regards

I give 0 fucks about whatever "personal information" you claim to be having on me when no user is asked to give you ANY PERSONAL information when they register on your scamhole of a site. As far as your "last warning" , I don't really care mate. People can read and see whats going on here. Stick to the 4 users and the rest bots betting 0.1TRX on your site and good luck attracting new clients!

... It seems like you are going in circles and this is not how to get this case resolved. Did you send an email giving them consent to share proof as they requested? If you didn’t, then send one giving them consent to share any information (including personal data) that was used to link the suspected accounts with the mediator (make sure to mention his name and include a link to his profile on this forum). I don’t see why you wouldn’t do that. If you already sent it, you can share a screenshot of the email here so everyone knows that you did and that they are the ones stalling.

This won't change anything because the casino is using it as an excuse not to reveal the proofs that the user broke some rules from the Tos. The casino representative is in argue about to reveal those proofs, not to solve anything. Like their decision is final and the user just has to send them a request to show the proof to a mediator. This is bullshit as you see. I asked him to send me the proofs and CoffeeSipper also asked them to do it in public, even he has the right to get a valid explanation if the reasons are legit. Guess what should be the reasons to confiscate $600 from someone!

One can not get his case resolved against scammers abusing the terms of their circus site to confiscate funds of users willing to test it out. My purpose was not to resolve my case but to alert all of you here to not deposit your hard earned money on such a site. If you or anyone else is not convinced of their shady ways, please go ahead and deposit your own funds on their site. I have given them permission to post here all evidence of my supposed breach of their terms for days now. I won't be directly contacting the scammers in any other way ,but only here for all of you to see the interaction.

Just to be clear, I’m not trying to defend Blocino here or taking any side, but to be honest, not many casinos accept forum members as mediators and are willing to share users’ personal information with them. If I'm not mistaken, this happened only once or twice. CoffeeSipper64, you need to understand that if you want to alert the community, then the best way to do this is by convincing DT members to support your flag. If DT members see that you sent them an email and they didn’t respond, they will support the flag and it will become active and visible for everyone.

From my point of view, the case is not that complicated to be solved. The casino accused player for having multi accounts and bonus abuse, I think it is not that hard to prove it if I were in the casino's position. Especially the accused player have already given the permission for the casino to reveal the proof publicly (no need any mediator). By simply proving the data of the suspected multiple accounts especially the connection between those accounts, case can be closed easier.
