I personally know the person who sold the 1 billion. and they are not related to anyone in the project, kid was happy he made some money didn't realize how he set back a growing price.

A chart alone doesn’t tell the full story. In a new PoW project, miners coming in, mining, and selling for profit is normal, especially early on when volatility is higher.

Price went up, you called it a scam. Price went down, you say "as it should." Sounds like you've already made up your mind regardless of what happens — that's not analysis, that's bias.

What you're looking at is a low-liquidity market. Any token with thin order books will show sharp moves in both directions — this is basic market mechanics, not evidence of a rug pull. BTC itself dropped 80%+ multiple times in its early days. By your logic, it was also "classic rug pull shit."
