Difficult to create account as a Naija person

In this platform we have Nigerian forum but what baffles me is the fact that as a Nigerian if you do not use VPN you cannot be able to register or create account on this platform why is this so meanwhile on the platform we have Nigerian forum.
And again why is it that you have to try multiple times before you could get an account that is free of debts, I don't know the reason for the debt, is it the debt the Federal government is owing or the debt is just for being in Nigeria

This money has nothing to do with Nigeria thread on the forum. Fee are majorly associated to country where spamming, merit abuse and other forum abuses are common. This little token is called evil fee, a money associated with the high degree of evil points connected to your IP. It isn't only Nigeria paying this fee, other countries with some evil point on the forum does as well. VPN mainly helps to change your IP/country  to one with no or lesser evil point to help you get full free registration.

Using a VPN where selected country has some evil points or try to register with a VPN that has a blacklisted IP won't change anything. With this you will still be charged an evil fee. This is why you may keep trying and try to get out free. Sending a mail to get whitelisted free can be an alternative way out than using a VPN. Moreover, this fee is not a debt as explained earlier. Nigeria government has nothing to do with the forum. Here is basically for Bitcoiners to rob mind together so as to learn, gain experience, expose scam and many more.

Only God knows how many accounts you created before successfully getting one where you can post with especially since you very first post was about your non satisfaction with the proxy ban system. Don't worry, our country's international debt doesn't pour over into the forum so you won't be expected to pay for it. Think of the fee you pay to get whitelisted as some kind of a donation to the forum, you could still apply to get whitelisted without paying too if you are lucky enough.

It is not about paying dept, the evil fee is about spammers and scammers. If they are too many, making this forum deteriorating, the burdens will be too much on the moderators. They will ban them but they will continue to create new accounts to continue their work. This will make moderators to ban their countries IP to make it difficult for them to create new account.

But innocents will also be affected.

They can make use of VPN but if they continue, the VPN IPs will also be banned on this forum. This is the reason you may see a VPN that is registering accounts on this forum for free before later not able to do that anymore.
