I personally don't keep any budget for gambling, its such a small percentage of anything I make that its basically not even worth keeping track. The small bets that I do make are usually via some form of scratch off tickets that ultimately I pay for with found change from coin star machines lol. But this doesn’t apply to all players, I’ve gone through different phases in betting and even tried going all-in, but after that when I lost, I didn’t feel the urge to immediately deposit more money to win it back. Mental Preparation for Making Money from Gambling Gamblers have a history of repeatedly breaking their set budgets. I have exceeded my budget many times and have been unable to keep my losses within a certain limit. It is always good idea to keep funds for necessary expenses seperate from money used for fun. I slways try to pay my bills and do the necessary shopping before making any other expenses, just in case things get out of control. I always try to keep things disciplined, but you never know.

I don't know why some gamblers don't use to have budget on gambling daily or weekly, because I have interact with some gamblers and they told me about their experience how they spend money on gambling and they don't have budget on gambling but they gamble until their money finish. And it will be hard for such gamblers that have this kind of gambling attitude to survive in gambling, because even though he is winning from gambling , he will continue gambling until he lose all the money.

Beside having self control most important in gambling I think set up budgeting how much have to spent in gambling is another most important way, you can loss control in gambling but if fund have been budgeting only available gambling based on the amount have been allocated before.
