Is weekend trading good?

I don't think good trading at weekend, although cryptocurrency not stop for trading and allow every day but at the weekend many trader off for awhile and enjoying their holiday. Usually at the weekend market on downtrend moment and stable at lower price not any significant recovery to higher price and make us bit difficult to earn profit exactly for short term trading trade at weekend. The market looks stable at the weekend but if you won't loss chance to earn profit not really bad trading at the weekend and must be patience waiting the market movement.
I quit from market and off all monitoring about the market regarding last several moment at the weekend market looks stable and not significant movement.

But this can not change anything, the best is that we should avoid trading addition. We should not open position or trade in the night. But I think the traditional way is better as people will not be able to trade during weekends when people supposed to be having fun.

I am not referring to spot market or convert because that should be opened 24/7 bit I am talking about the derivative trading where most traders are concentrating on.

Addiction must be avoided and perhaps not just in trading wherever we engage, addiction is always the beginning of destruction. Talking about trading addiction, perhaps we focus on how someone manages their finances. If their trading skills are incompetent, they will certainly lose more money than they gain. So how can this be handled? When engaging in trading, one must invest capital and it's impossible to sustain it if they continually experience losses.

Forex trading has limited market closing times and they close completely on weekends. Some people engage in day trading, so it's certain that with incompetent trading skills, they will lose more money, even if they use small capital each time involved in trading. I've heard a lot about forex trading from people I know and nearly 90% of them fail miserably based on their trading skills or even following mentor signals from groups and I think this is quite unfortunate.

Trading on weekends has never been my thing because the market largely stay on consolidation from Friday evening to Sunday night, so I don't see it as the best time to trade, considering the strategy I always use. If it is those that use the scalp strategy to trade, it's not that bad to trade during weekends, but the rest of other strategies is not that encouraging during weekends.

I don't know which strategy is best to use in trading and exit the market profitably. I think we should trade this for weekends, so that we have enough free time and money. Only analyzes will be required to trade and if managed properly, one can succeed in trading. Also I don't know much about forex trade. as far as i know there are many differences between forex trade and cex future trade. My long belief is that most of the traders in btt forum do not trade in forex.

Well, you are might be right but it’s totally depends on the individual and how they trade, there are some people that do profit on week days, because of how they are doing things like knowing when to trade and when not to trade, as they understand how the market works due to the knowledge they have acquired from research and from other people experience as well. That is why it’s necessary for them to know the basic principles about the market before taking action on their decision.

Well, you are might be right but it’s totally depends on the individual and how they trade, there are some people that do profit on week days, because of how they are doing things like knowing when to trade and when not to trade, as they understand how the market works due to the knowledge they have acquired from research and from other people experience as well. It is true that a trader will trade at the beginning of the week or at the end of the week, it is completely his personal matter. However, I think it is very important for a trader to gain proper knowledge about the volatility of the market before starting trading, if we cannot enter the market at the right time, then we will never be able to achieve success through trading. From my point of view, achieving success through trading is very difficult and risky, so I think it is possible to expect something good by understanding the volatility of the market and determining the right time to trade, rather than trading based on greed or emotion.

I don't think people do jobs because they want to do it, but they do it because they don't have a choice. Not every person can become a crypto trader because you need a good capital to get started with it. One also needs knowledge and experience, but these things can be acquired by giving it enough time, but when it comes to the capital, that is not something available to everyone, which is the reason why people are mostly compelled to do jobs to make a living.

If someone has enough money, they will surely think of either becoming a crypto trader, an investor, or simply start a business of their own which is what most people do since they know it's the most practical thing to do, and a business can be much better than anything else as long as it starts running very well, people make generational wealth through businesses because once your business starts running very well, you can always expand it, and even open more businesses with the profits.

Anyway, coming back to the topic, trading can surely give someone enough freedom both workwise and funds wise, but not anyone can become a trader.

That is why sometimes if I seatdown and be wondering why some people will be waiting to get huge profit but they don't want to lose there funds in the market. How can you be getting profits and think you won't lose a day, that won't be possible because trading is unpredictable and you can't predict the market always and think you'll get the benefit anytime you risk. In my understanding I don't think they have a day or month that you can be profitable in trading anytime you trade if you're lucky and you used a good strategy you can be profitable but even you probably used the trade you always used, sometimes he can go wrong for you and lose.

So what i no is that trading is always a risky and you can't get guaranteed of getting huge profits and that why many people are scared to trade and plan to move to other stuffs, like investment or business that can minimise there risk and they can get profit but that need alot of patience before enjoying it at ends.

The same weekend you are saying that many traders off to rest is the time some traders that are always busy within the week are trading, that is why trading is a non-stop activity because the time you take a break is the time one will start trading and it’s all depend on your analysis and how you plan yourself in the market; both of these traders are making money from trading, and they happy, and at the same time, they are losing money from trading which is normal.
I am not a busy person, so I do trade whenever I see the opportunity to trade, regardless of the days be it weekends or weekdays.

The reason I asked is because some people are day traders but they supposed to have time to rest. What if they are becoming addicted to trading, as the market is not closing, it may significantly have bad effect on their health.

But I still prefer a derivative market that is open 24 hours a day and 7 days in a week, that is, the market never closes, I prefer this type of market because personally, if I was active as a trader, trading won't possibly be the only thing I will be doing, I will surely have other side hustles which I believe should or will be fetching me more income..

So I prefer a market that will permit me to be flexible with my time, that is, I can by myself choose when I want to trade and when to engage in other activities, there may be times I may give myself to other activities during the week and  decide to trade during the weekend, and if I trade in a market that does not open during weekends, it simply means I am going to spend that weekend doing nothing, this is why I prefer a market that is open all the time, so you yourself decide when to trade and when not to.

I had some weird analogy that led me to think that I can predict when the market is bullish and bearish. I was of the opinion that when it's morning time in the US, the market is usually bullish. But, all such ideas went out of the window after I lost a good amount of money to test my theory.

Yes it's good that the crypto market never stops, even for a second, unless Binance or the exchange you trade at decides to halt because of a crash or something. But having more time to trade isn't necessarily a good thing. I do trading but I take frequent breaks as well because there is only a thin line between gambling and trading. Once you can't stop yourself from trading, like some struggle to these days, you're addicted to it.

There is no closing time in trading, but the most important thing to know as a trader is to understand yourself and to know when is the best time to trade and the best time to stop trading.

There are some people who are very busy during the week, but the weekend is a time they can go into trading because they have much time to trade, while for some people, during the week is the best time to trade because they are less busy but very busy on the weekend. For some people, the night is even the best time to trade. So everybody can’t be the same; the most important thing is to know when is the best time to trade as an individual.

There are some professional traders that aren't trading on the weekend even they're focused on the crypto market where it's open 24/7. Of course, huge institutions and big traders aren't trading on weekends that's why we are seeing a much lower volume on the weekends... at least in the crypto market.

Weekends for some is a time to rest, but not for me. Since I'm trading more on crypto, I will look at the market, see if there's a possible setup and will enter a position then will hold it for the rest of the weekend so I'm having maybe around 1-2 trades over the weekend - significantly lower when I'm trading on weekdays. Addicted traders are seeing weekends as a normal day, and that's one of the reason why some are losing money.

Weekend trading isn't recommendable to newbies because the market can be manipulated during that time because of the low trading volume. I can't blame those who are trading on weekends though because I still believe that there are traders who can still make money whether it's weekends or weekdays.
