If there is a man who don't have respect for democracy that man is Donald Trump. He invades other countries at will and that is a bad signal for other president coming after them. There is no difference between him and president Putin of Russia who invaded Ukraine. Now my question is, are these two really democrats or a problem to world?

Big countries are big problems, I wish NATO has not expanded towards Russia. United States and NATO caused the war in Russia. Russia gave a warning to Ukraine, the president listened but they ousted him and put in NATO friendly president. After was Zelensky, another NATO friendly president. I wished Ukraine has been more friendly towards Russia. Russia wanted to be part of NATO but United States said NO, but they kept accepting more countries to be part of NATO and moving towards Russia border.

Trump is a bully and he is one of the presidents I can not like. He called Canada the 51st states, he wanted to acquire Greenland, he arrested the president of Venezuela by force which is very wrong and he now wants to fight Iran. I guess you are talking about Iran which I will also talk a little further about.

The president of Iran is not liked by his people according to what we have been seeing online. People protested but the Iranian government killed thousands of their citizens because they were protesting. That was highly unfair and horrible. Recently the Iranian university students also protested against the government of Iran. That is showing that they want their government to be changed.

About the nuclear enrichment, Iran might agree to that, but they are not agreeing to end creation of missiles. The country can not want to be defenseless and they do not agree. It is very possible that Trump wants the war but Iran are not also bowing down.

Democracy is just an illusion

You hand over power to someone via ballot paper or whatever means, and you expect them to respect you, your feelings and your taxes after getting into office? No way  Grin
The earlier you accept that there is nothing like democratic politics, the better for your mental health. Things look good in theory, but when it comes to practice, humans become very predictable.

^^^ Right. 'Democracy' is just another word for group dictatorship. That's why the founding fathers of the USA included the Republic, which is over the US Democracy.

The first thing for the people of America to do is to learn common law, the way the Republic works, so they can control the Democracy through court action.

The second thing they should do is push legal law through that makes the platform of elected officials to be a contract with the people. The penalty for not fulfilling the contract is death.

The practical thing they should do right now is, start using Bitcoin for all their transacting. Make PMA unincorporated Bitcoin banks, and let the Federal Reserve Bank die for lack of users.

You seriously think that?Huh
Fun Facts: NATO was created after WW2 specifically to counter Russia's splitting Germany in half and taking over Hungry, Poland, and several other small countries that border Russia proper. NATO has ALWAYS been on the border of countries Russia controlled.

The only reason it is moving towards the Russian border proper is because Hungry, Poland et al left the sphere of Russian influence in 1989 to stand their own as fully independent Sovereign nations. Because they rightly feared Russia would eventually want to take them back is why they joined NATO.

And Russia didn't complain much when NATO broke its treaties to not expand. But the point why Ukraine is different is this.

Ukraine did it violently against Russians who had been living in Ukraine for decades. The Ukraine violence showed that they were starting to literally and forcefully act against Russia.

Even today, if the war ended just like that, Russia wouldn't mind if Ukraine traded with the rest of Europe like they did for years before the war. The problem exists when the leaders of NATO and the EU use Ukraine to violently push towards taking Russia over. Russia is defending itself. That's all.

Cool

EDIT: Of course Putin has respect for Democracy. Democracy is just another name for Group Dictatorship, the exact thing that Russia and the US have... in different forms, of course.

I agree with you because when it comes to theory and reality it's very different even when it comes to an election people still put their interest at heart first or let me say they do prioritise their interests. so the only thing that can be done is when we manage our expectations and put our focus on little ways that can help the system without any stress

Oh, what an interesting story Smiley)) Although, yes, that's typical of you Smiley
Will you tell everyone here, including me, a Russian by origin and a citizen of Ukraine, how Russians and Russian speakers have been oppressed in Ukraine for many years? I would be very interested to hear about it, as it seems I have missed a lot here in Ukraine Smiley

Oh yes, and most importantly, tell us which regions and cities were destroyed first by Russian terrorist troops? I'll give you a hint: the south and east of Ukraine, which were the most Russian-speaking! Now they are gone, Russia “saved” them by destroying their homes and taking their lives.
Probably many people don't understand what kind of concept of salvation this is, but I'm sure you can explain Smiley

PS Please pay attention to Article 10 of the Constitution of Ukraine. I'm also interested in your opinion, except for your attempts to spread Rashism propaganda here again.
So, I look forward to your response Smiley

You really should get out a little. When Russians living in what I term the Black Sea Corridor (BSC) asked for help from Russia, they didn't realize what would happen. Russia didn't either. You see and hear about how Russia though it would all be over in a month or two. But Ukraine dragged it out for 4 years, now.

Oh yes, and most importantly, tell us which regions and cities were destroyed first by Russian terrorist troops? I'll give you a hint: the south and east of Ukraine, which were the most Russian-speaking! Now they are gone, Russia “saved” them by destroying their homes and taking their lives.

Again, nobody expected Ukraine to fight so hard for the essentially Russian BSC. They didn't realize that the Ukraine military would take up residence in their homes, so that many of these homes were destroyed by Russia just to get at the Ukraine military that was using them as shields.

Note that Russia is rebuilding Mariopol. They would rebuild a lot more in the BSC if Ukraine stopped fighting, and simply let Russia have the lands.

PS Please pay attention to Article 10 of the Constitution of Ukraine. I'm also interested in your opinion, except for your attempts to spread Rashism propaganda here again.

Note that Putin, before Russia attacked in 2022, had filed Article 51 of the UN Charter against what Ukraine was doing to Russians (and Ukrainians) in the BSC. It seem that the Ukraine constitution is against their UN agreement, and they are acting the part out according to their constitution rather than their UN agreement.

Ukraine could have found peaceful means to work with the Russians who had lived on their lands for decades. But they attacked them instead. Of course, it wasn't totally their fault. The CIA and MI6 influenced the Ukraine presidential vote to place EU puppets into Ukraine, to give the EU and excuse to push forward.

So, are you CIA or MI6?
