Russia wanted to be part of NATO but United States said NO, but they kept accepting more countries to be part of NATO and moving towards Russia border.

You seriously think that?

Fun Facts: NATO was created specifically to counter Russia's taking over Hungry, Poland, and several other small countries after WW2. It has ALWAYS been on the border of countries Russia controlled.
The only reason it is moving towards the Russian border proper is because Hungry, Poland et al left the sphere of Russian influence to stand their own as Sovereign nations. Because they rightly feared Russia would eventually want to take them back is why they joined NATO.
And Russia didn't complain much when NATO broke its treaties to not expand. But the point why Ukraine is different is this.
Ukraine did it violently against Russians who had been living in Ukraine for decades. The Ukraine violence showed that they were starting to literally and forcefully act against Russia.
Even today, if the war ended just like that, Russia wouldn't mind if Ukraine traded with the rest of Europe like they did for years before the war. The problem exists when the leaders of NATO and the EU use Ukraine to violently push towards taking Russia over. Russia is defending itself. That's all.

EDIT: Of course Putin has respect for Democracy. Democracy is just another name for Group Dictatorship, the exact thing that Russia and the US have... in different forms, of course.
Oh, what an interesting story

)) Although, yes, that's typical of you

Will you tell everyone here, including me, a Russian by origin and a citizen of Ukraine, how Russians and Russian speakers have been oppressed in Ukraine for many years? I would be very interested to hear about it, as it seems I have missed a lot here in Ukraine

You really should get out a little. When Russians living in what I term the Black Sea Corridor (BSC) asked for help from Russia, they didn't realize what would happen. Russia didn't either. You see and hear about how Russia though it would all be over in a month or two. But Ukraine dragged it out for 4 years, now.
Oh yes, and most importantly, tell us which regions and cities were destroyed first by Russian terrorist troops? I'll give you a hint: the south and east of Ukraine, which were the most Russian-speaking! Now they are gone, Russia “saved” them by destroying their homes and taking their lives.
Probably many people don't understand what kind of concept of salvation this is, but I'm sure you can explain

Again, nobody expected Ukraine to fight so hard for the essentially Russian BSC. They didn't realize that the Ukraine military would take up residence in their homes, so that many of these homes were destroyed by Russia just to get at the Ukraine military that was using them as shields.
Note that Russia is rebuilding Mariopol. They would rebuild a lot more in the BSC if Ukraine stopped fighting, and simply let Russia have the lands.
PS Please pay attention to Article 10 of the Constitution of Ukraine. I'm also interested in your opinion, except for your attempts to spread Rashism propaganda here again.
So, I look forward to your response

Note that Putin, before Russia attacked in 2022, had filed Article 51 of the UN Charter against what Ukraine was doing to Russians (and Ukrainians) in the BSC. It seem that the Ukraine constitution is against their UN agreement, and they are acting the part out according to their constitution rather than their UN agreement.
Ukraine could have found peaceful means to work with the Russians who had lived on their lands for decades. But they attacked them instead. Of course, it wasn't totally their fault. The CIA and MI6 influenced the Ukraine presidential vote to place EU puppets into Ukraine, to give the EU and excuse to push forward.
So, are you CIA or MI6?
