Honestly it is not funny and I can feel the pain in some people's heart who are in panic attack due to the reduced price rate, but I think it's something every investors and business owners should anticipate at least once in awhile because it is bound to happen, there are times we make profit and there are times we encounter loss not out of negligence but that is the stages in marketing, even producers suffers loss too. In life sometimes we make progress and everything seems to be free flowing but at times we face challenges, but the courage to keep pushing and brace oneself is what determines how far a person can go.

I don't regret also investing in Bitcoin even though it's in a dip, because this ain't the first of its kind. We have seen worse and have seen the best and we still stand confident in the fact that we can achieve our goals and aspirations with a careful Bitcoin investment plan, rather than our savings growing interest in a bank account that may be devalued or over inflated due to dollar gaining weight over the Naira in the exchange market.

Bitcoin investment so far has helped me stick to fulfillment of my dreams that I have to increase my knowledge inorder to achieve the best from it while I also fulfil my bills and make seamless payments across border and payment for transactions without scare of a boss or banking fees and policies.

I will consider what you are saying a common thing because in every business or any kind of investment once your investment is not doing well for a certain period of time you will definitely feel some kind of discomfort but Bitcoin is a long term investment and we already know about the volatility before we venture into it and so it should not be discomforting for us simply because the price or our investment is not going in the direction we expect it to go that is if we are using are our discretionary income. If you are actually using your discretionary income to accumulate Bitcoin you won't be feeling this terrified because it is something we can really afford to let go in that period of time. Why do I feel you are indirectly panicking lol 🤣.
You have said it all the regret will only manifest in the life of those who are only in for what they can possibly get over short term and of course they must have invested with an amount that they can't afford to lose maybe money that they are meant to use and solve their basic essential needs, alot of people thinks is a joke when others are talking bitcoin being a long term investment and this long term doesn't come off short as expected, there is nothing absolutely to regret when you invest within your discretionary income just as you have stated.

I understand your feelings to some extent because I am also an investor. Success cannot be achieved quickly, it requires proper knowledge, consistency, discretionary finance and time and patience are very important. If you get disappointed quickly by investing, you will never achieve success, to achieve success, you have to increase your knowledge and continue to invest with confidence by maintaining consistency with the help of discretionary money with a long-term plan until you reach your destination. The price of Bitcoin will decrease and increase, this is normal, the more you know about Bitcoin, your confidence in Bitcoin will increase so you can hold Bitcoin for a long time, naturally if the price of Bitcoin decreases you will not regret it, so you can hold it for a long time with confidence, as a result, future success can be expected.

Let’s be real for a second..The market can be a massive pain in the ass. There is a specific kind of mental exhaustion that comes from watching Bitcoin dance at a price significantly lower than where you bought in. It’s not just the loss of money it’s the loss of time. When weeks turn into months, and months turn into a year of underwater prices.. many peoples narrative starts to shift from I’m a bitcoin investor   to Did I just make a huge mistake?lol..

We see people talk about HODL like it’s a badge of honor, but they don't tells you how heavy those hands feel when price goes down. Most investors can handle a quick crash. What they can’t handle is a price that refuses to move. Seeing your capital less than what you had invested and be relaxed, while the world tells you to hold, takes a level of psychological grit that 95% of people simply don't possess.

The feeling of regret is almost inevitable. You look back at the market from last year and it looks so obvious. You begin to tell you self, If I had just sold at the peak, I’d be sitting on a lot of profits,  I couldd have bought back in now and doubled my stack.lol but who would have known?Nobody can fully predict the market. Last year, the momentum was so strong it made everyone believe the Up Only trend was not coming to an end soon. We got blinded by the green candles...

Sincerely, such feelings of regret is only but natural. Surely, no Normal human being would be smiling looking at where we are now in the market price comparet to some time last year. It go to $126k, and we were all happy. Some speculating $200k, some above $200k and the likes. And then, after all our dreams and wishes, we saw it falling, hoping it will rise again, but completely, it is falling, offcourse, it is surely painful.

Even though you have invested with the money you aren't ready to use or can afford to lose, it's still your hard earned money, and thus, it's brings a sad feelings, and thats it, it should be our live now, life of an investor. The up and down movement should already prepare us for such seasons. And just like you said, it doesn't care about our if I had none stories, so all we can do is live in hope since we have seen or read about its history and seen it hasn't disappointed. So, if we can HODL, then we will reap, but we need enough courage and an investment mindset to do that

Firstly,I would give an answer to your question,I don’t regret investing in bitcoin,if you had referred to some new projects in the crypto space that’s declining I would have been regretting but unfortunately I don’t participate in shitcoins not to talk of newly launched projects.Although,I understand your perspective quite well,it’s natural for humans to feel disappointed mostly when their expectations are not working as planned. There’s one thing to note;if the price keeps going up then it would deviate from being a volatile asset to a stable asset.

It is most important to keep ourselves in control by investing in Bitcoin, when we buy Bitcoin we buy it to prove ourselves as investors. There are some people who buy Bitcoin with the plan to hold it for a long time but when the market starts to come down, they get tired and disappointed. They make different decisions from time to time. I have heard many people say that when the price of Bitcoin was high, they held it without selling and now they regret it, which I think is impatient. Basically, when investing in Bitcoin, you must watch every step and have confidence in yourself and believe that it will not go to zero while holding Bitcoin. If you can hold Bitcoin for the future, then it is definitely possible to be rewarded, but we have to hold it. The volatility in the market will decrease, it may decrease more than your own control, so you cannot be disappointed, but you have to have confidence in yourself. I think those who can control themselves and invest in Bitcoin, they are not attracted to that money for years, they are the only ones who can be rewarded.

Not everyone have that patience to invest for long term because we're different some are scared to lose all there funds that is why anytime the market start to drop down people will start panicking because they don't want to lose everything. But if you have believe and invest for long term even the price is dropping you won't be scared because you invest in one mind and you should get the benefit before selling it. If you invest in bitcoin and you can't keep it for long term before selling it is better you shouldn't even invest in it because you're just wasting your time and you can lose your capital because when the price is declining your capital can dropping gradually, and you that is fearing to lose everything you will surly sell in a lose. Bitcoin is volatile always and you can't get profit in bitcoin in a short term.

That right though, investing does deserves a lot more of patience, knowledge, faith and full confidence in ourself and at the same time full confidence in our holdings.
What the OP did say is quite the true facts and the possible reality of investing either in bitcoin or any other pairs, many investors at times do pretend things are good when we invest and the price of the pair goes for dips and lows and down the bottom of our heart we feel uncomfortable with that but the truth is that many of this holders have long term plans and they did expect pumps  and dumps from the market before investing in it so it absolutely part of the process.
But at certain times we feel so down when the market go for lower lows despite some holders see such price movement as an opportunity to accumulate more but there is always this strange feelings seeing our portfolio on reds even if we are aiming for long term price movement or applying DCA method.

No, I don't regret investing in Bitcoin. The truth is that, no Bitcoin investor love to watch his or her Bitcoin investment go down, but bitcoin volatility is unavoidable and thesame volatility is what makes Bitcoin to go up in price after experiencing some dip in price movement.
As Bitcoin investors, is necessary to note that wealth can not be created with short term investment method, but with long term method. Bitcoin only reward those who are patient with their investment and not those who panic and sell when they are not suppose to.

If you have made up your mind to invest in Bitcoin, target long term investment, and this is the only way one can be rewarded as a Bitcoin investor. There are people who invented in Bitcoin, and their investment have stayed for more than a decade without touching it, despite Bitcoin market fluctuation, undermining weather Bitcoin price is going down or not, and today their Bitcoin portfolio has grown very huge.

Historically, it obvious that every bull season is followed with bear market, and this is the case of bitcoin today, and to those that understands how the market works I believe they are not panicking even in this bearish season because they know their will a a price reversal in the due time, instead they are doing more of buying Bitcoin instead of selling, and I think those of us who understands how the bitcoin market works should be a courage to those newbies who are in panic as a result of bitcoin bearish season.

I believe that only illiterate individuals will regret investing in bitcoins; instead, invest with one mind. And it surprises me that many people are still unsure about investing in bitcoins. As Bitcoin investors, we must remember that money cannot be built through short-term investing methods, but rather through long-term investments. Bitcoin only rewards those who are patient with their investments, not those who panic and sell when they shouldn't.

Do I regret investing in Bitcoin? No. Am I sometimes frustrated? Sure. But does that mean I regret it? Not really.

What frustrates me more than anything else is not even the red candles. It's the waiting. Those moments when the price just sits there doing nothing for months, that is when your mind starts to play games with you. You will just start to think, man!! I should have sold when the price was higher or I could have doubled my stack by now. But truth be told it's not that easy, if it was that easy then everyone would have been a market genius.

Many people think that in order to be successful in investing they just need to be able to perfectly time tops and bottoms. It is not easy to time the prefect top and bottoms and I don't expect that to be the case. What actually matters more to me is why i bought it in the first place. If my reason for investing has not changed, then all this slow and boring market price will not suddenly turn into bad decisions.

People who regret are those that put in money they actually need for everyday survival. If you've put in money that you really need to use, it would be easy to feel regret. But if you put in money that you have to spare, it is a whole different mental game. It also lets you think more rationally instead of emotionally like you would have to if it was money you really need.

I’m not sure I have regretted investing in bitcoin , Tbh is not easy to see bitcoin price going down while your money is in it . It have to take a certain amount of confidence in bitcoin for one to actually pull it up , that’s why many weak hand usually give up before the main price rally , all I’m focusing on right now is building more stack , for the next bullrun , which may take a couple of years to happen.  But still that’s enough time for one to build something nice .

You see it enough time because you are old in the bitcoin game, someone who is new can never stay up to a month without crying out how much value his bitcoin had been decreased, however, time will always tell when dealing with bitcoin, no matter how strong you think you may be during the bear season, time will tell, no matter how weak too, time will tell.

Thats why its always best to have many streams of income, to win the test bitcoin journey gives, you can never win the test of bitcoin if you only have one source of income, you will eventually collapse when hard time comes.

You aew actually right mate, I agree with the whole point of view you have made. The market is very much unpredictable, and it has caused a lot of emotional damage to many investors, and with the time wasted to buy Bitcoin and seeing it surge and dropping to the level some new guys will buy the equivalent amount you bought last year surely means that you have just wasted the time and also lose money. It looks like you are back to the root where you and new investors are starting again. Let's say you bought Bitcoin at $805k last year and it grew to $126k but you didn't sell and now it fell to $65k this Year and a new investor bought at $64k makes you now completely a fool because you had the opportunity to sell at the pick but you never did. It is very frustrating though, but people are just claiming and chanting buy the Dip and hold but deep down in them they are beginning to question the capacity of Bitcoin.

I must say it straight, the current state of Bitcoin price is very discouraging comparing to where it's falling from but regardless am still not giving up anytime soon because from what I understand from my previous experience something big is coming up. Have being going through this thread and am reading comments upon comments how discouraged people are but I still want to advice and encourage we stay strong and firm because the future is still bright, just keep holding and let see how things goes.

Haven't said that, considering all this latest happenings that why it's good investing from your discretionary funds and at least go for the long term run because that seems more safer and better. Something it's funny enough that most of the folks that is having it hot are the people that are on a short term investment plan, long term is the real deal because it got you covered with every potential benefits that you need.

You are right to some extent because you are talking from the view of someone who has already invested and the price falls below the level they bought but have you thought about those who want to invest but they are waiting for a DIP price to start investing? have you also thought about those who already own bitcoins but they are also looking for the price to fall so that they can purchase more bitcoins and maximize their profits? you are only thinking like a short term investor because they are the people that gets worried when volatility happens but do we need to worry whenever the price of bitcoin is falling? this is a volatile asset for crying out loud so you don't expect it to continue with an uptrend all the time.

If you view your investment in the long term, you wouldn't feel any regret when the price falls. Having the feeling of regret when the price is falling already mean you are being emotional and it will be difficult for you to hodl for a long term because when the price falls and start rising again, you will feel the need to sell your bitcoins so that you wouldn't want to experience the heartbreak you got when the price fell again.

What is the stress of investing with smart money? Bitcoin has no value as long as you hold it, only a fraction of it. When you exchange Bitcoin, the value of Bitcoin will be available. Make sure you are not selling in a bear market. There is no stress in investing, if you do not plan to sell.

As long as I buy, I keep praying that Bitcoin will go deeper. I enjoy watching it go down more, but I do not know why you feel stressed. Maybe you are still thinking like a trader, when you think like an investor, you will learn to enjoy every cycle, be it a bear market or a dip market or a bull market.

I don't regret ever investing in bitcoin. Before I invested in bitcoin I already knew the pros and cons about it so why would I panick now. I am kinda unhappy about how bitcoin is going but it hasn't reached the extent where i should regret investing in bitcoin. I think people who regretted investing in bitcoin re certain the short term holders and they were not forced into investing. If they had kept greed aside and invested for the long term they wouldn't be regretting.

No, I don’t regret investing in Bitcoin, I have been investing in Bitcoin for a very long time now, and I really don’t know how someone would be regretting investing in Bitcoin, especially when you’re not loosing your money maybe you’re struggling with having a discretionary income, I believe right now that we have a dip mostly a bear market which gives us an opportunity to keep buying and holding Bitcoin instead of panicking and selling our Bitcoin investments.

Well there are every tendencies that some newbies would probably be regretting investing in Bitcoin, because they will be panicking because they don’t really know how Bitcoin works, right now is a time of buying and accumulating bitcoin and not a time of panicking, there is no reason to regret buying or accumulating bitcoin, because bitcoin is a more trustworthy investment compared to altcoins.
