However tried to activating 2FA for my account worked without any issues. try to check your spam folder for the confirmation email, because mine was there.
Thank you for taking the time to check it and for the tip. I just re-tried and, indeed, I received the confirmation email to activate 2FA and it landed in the spam folder as you suggested.
However, what I was really having trouble with is locating where to enter the 2FA code. The text field where you are supposed to type the code has the same color as the background and no distinct borders which makes it difficult to notice (on mobile). I hope they will adjust this for a better user experience.
Maybe Vega Bet needs to consider remapping the menu on the website. I am also facing a problem finding the menu I want to check or see. In most online casinos and online service websites that have a user dashboard page, all menus are usually shown in a drop down style in the top right corner. Like when you click your profile menu, you see most of the menus, important and frequently used menus.
On the Vega Bet website, there's a drop down menu, but it's limited to only 3 items, "Profile," "Settings," and "Exits." It’s a bit confusing when the placement of some frequently used features is scattered. Maybe place all personal related features in the top right corner, and game related features on the left sidebar if you still want to keep it.
Overall, I don't have any problems with games, transaction speed, etc. This menu remapping is also a subjective suggestion. It's based on my experience, behavior, and on how the majority of websites (casinos and other services) that I use are designed.
These suggestions are for the desktop version. For the mobile version, I think it's no problem because the menu is placed at the bottom as a bottom navigation bar.
