For me, I am okay with the max 72 hours timeframe for withdrawals. Because based on my experience doing withdrawals on several crypto casinos, it really varies. And I am 99% sure that most of those casinos process withdrawals not fully automatically. They need to recheck and confirm them. Especially when a transaction involves a bonus or simply looks suspicious, like depositing and withdrawing in a short timeframe.

You're okay because you understand the situation and are promoting the casino as well. But for those who are not and are new, this is already disappointing. However, what I was really having trouble with is locating where to enter the 2FA code. Maybe Vega Bet needs to consider remapping the menu on the website. I am also facing a problem finding the menu I want to check or see. In most online casinos and online service websites that have a user dashboard page, all menus are usually shown in a drop down style in the top right corner. Like when you click your profile menu, you see most of the menus, important and frequently used menus.

On the Vega Bet website, there's a drop down menu, but it's limited to only 3 items, "Profile," "Settings," and "Exits." It’s a bit confusing when the placement of some frequently used features is scattered. Maybe place all personal related features in the top right corner, and game related features on the left sidebar if you still want to keep it.

but there is no official information yet about the sport bet here, since world cup will be few months to go, I think it will be hard to finished it if development of that feature not started yet.
