Maybe most of the time whales don't actually care much about the standard bonuses given if they know that there's high wager requirement condition asked. It's true that if the OP can be active here, it would be a plus because they can directly answer any problems or questions from users, which provides satisfaction to them, but maybe because they are still in the early stages of development, they might need time to adjust their schedules and other priorities, so there's no harm in giving them time for that.. even so, I'm sure that they monitor whatever discussions are in this thread and have been following the conversation even though they don't always respond actively.

The forum rep has always been online as of when I last checked the profile, and with the last reading, it was last active on the 1st of this month. Maybe they are not just very active in terms of dropping updates on the forum since their ANN and a few other posts have not been dropped here by them. Maybe their contact on the forum who handles their signature can reach out to them and tell them the importance of keeping the thread alive by showing with a post that they are seeing every single complaint and sign of activeness can indeed tell the people their query can be attended to.
