Keeping an eye out is the best we can do in this situation, I also missed out because just seeing this comment now and I visited the telegram group, but when I click the join the channel where I can submit my minebits ID for unward claim of bonuses the channel is not opening which that means the time have expired.

what kind of issue did you encounter with this sportsbook provider? This is a thirdparty provider, majority of crypto casino uses betby but we decided to be different by using GR8. It's very proven and we have full control on odds and Max Exposure, so we can accept also high stakes. Usually the brand controls everything so if you heard of other brands using them and they had issues, its likely the brand fault, not the provider imo.

About KYC, we run under Anjuan License, this license allow us to be more flexible than Curacao but depending on certain alert we receive on chain we may need KYC. Usually this is only done for security reason, to protect the brand and the users. For example, if someone sends funds from a dodgy address tagged as scam or phishing we may need to check further.

You are right this is more challenging, but the tech is solid and the team has been replaced, so we will work hard to grow this.
