Just wanted to share about a Scamming Casino called MineBit and alert others about their unethical practices.
Some Key things to know to help you better understand my situation:

I am from Singapore

All account activity occurred when I was in Malaysia

(They ruled in Minebit's favor because of their Complaint Guidelines where it states that AskGambler will not be able to help if issue is about the fairness of MineBit's T&Cs which makes absolutely no sense if u read the entire complaint)

Head of VIP at Minebit Kate, encouraged me to deposit more and expressed how happy she was to have me at Minebit after my first $4.4K USD withdrawal there which was successful.

(But after my big win, after some back and forth debate, she suddenly told me that she no longer works at Minebit, cleared the entire telegram chat and blocked me)

Long story short, MineBit voided my $800K USD Winnings because I was a resident of a restricted jurisdiction even though all my account activity happened when I was overseas (a jurisdiction that is claimed to be allowed to play on Minebit according to CasinoGuru's review page on them)
When they told me that my winnings are voided, they told me to provide proof that gameplay occurred outside of my country of residence, where they will review the case again once given.
I provided proof that I was overseas with a picture of my passport with the Entry Stamp that shows the date, also showing that there is not exit date yet.
They then decided to tell me that it is illegal to online gamble in Malaysia as well hence their decision to void all my winnings.

Ultimately, they have decided to void my winnings because I am playing from a restricted jurisdiction.
Allow me to quote them word for word what clause I violated:

1. Jurisdictional Restrictions (Section 10.1 and 10.3)

Our Terms explicitly state:

“The availability of the Website does not constitute an offer, solicitation or invitation by us for the use of or subscription to betting, gaming or other services in any jurisdiction in which such activities are prohibited by law.”

and

“If it becomes apparent to us that You are a resident in a country in which the use of the Website is not legal or You are using the Website from a country in which the use of the Website is not legal, we shall be entitled to immediately close Your Account…”


This is where it became clear that they are trying to scam me.

If you noticed, they did not complete one of their terms they were quoting, leaving out a very crucial detail.

“If it becomes apparent to us that You are a resident in a country in which the use of the Website is not legal or You are using the Website from a country in which the use of the Website is not legal, we shall be entitled to immediately close Your Account…”

Now, I will be helping MineBit Casino to complete their sentence according to their T&Cs that can be found on the site itself:

“...we shall be entitled to immediately close Your Account, in which case any balance on the Account on the date of such closure will be refunded to You as soon as it is practicable for us to do so.”

My balance at the time of closure was $800K++ USD, not including the massive bonuses that I accumulated through my wagers that I did not even get to claim, not even once.

MineBit will fulfill small winnings no doubt, but to a amount like mine, they will seek every way possible to avoid paying me out, even if it comes to violating their own T&Cs and attempting to twist their words to manipulate 3rd party ADRs like Askgambler.

Mind you guys, the SLOT PROVIDER themselves authenticated my bets as legitimate but somehow they are saying its not.

Also, because they kept refusing to reply me, I created duplicate accounts MONTHS after the issue first started so that I can get their attention and get them to reply. However now they are using the excuse of me having duplicate accounts to void my $800K USD Winnings.

I HAVE ALL THE PROOF AND BECAUSE THEY ARE ANJOUAN LICENSED, YOU CAN ABSOLUTELY EXPECT ME TO NOT RECEIVE A SINGLE HELP FROM THEM.

NOTE THAT THEY HAVE SINCE GEO-BLOCKED MALAYSIA AFTER MY CASE JUST TO SUPPORT THEIR OWN POINT AND REFUSE TO PAY ME OUT.

I stand by what I said. It was never resolved as you guys have NEVER answered the question of why my entire balance was voided even when you T&Cs state that balance in wallet will be sent to me ASAP, but yet my entire balance was voided. Answer this question.

I was also told that I would get my deposits made back by you guys.

But when I asked for it on Live Support, I was told that my account was deleted and you guys have no data of my account so you guys are not able to send me back my deposits. Please make this make sense.

No idea why some of you who are replying to this thread ignoring what I posted lol.
I will give it to you that MineBit will process withdrawals but the moment you win big like I did, they will suddenly come up with excuses to not pay.
How do i know that? Because I had a withdrawal of 4K before my big win and it was processed successfully.
FYI, I had the big win literally while waiting for my withdrawal to be processed and when I tried to withdraw 50K, I was told I needed to complete KYC.
While waiting for the KYC to be done, I continued playing and ended up at $800K.
That is when I was immediately told that they will have to void my balance and close my account because I reside in a restricted jurisdiction, even though all gameplay, account creation was done in a jurisdiction that wasn't restricted back then.

Zealy Bug Campaign Update.

I joined yesterday, and at that time, I was having trouble getting past the onboarding quest (Claim Test Funds).
It seems that after signing up for the Zealy task, one has to go to the MineBit Discord channel, make a Zealy ticket, and submit proofs (some screenshots) in order to get the test funds.
Here's that quest:

I wish that step wouldn't be made mandatory, as I'm sure MineBit admins on that Zealy channel could easily see who has pending quest approvals; just find those test funds requests and grant them, makes the quest flow much more efficient.
But then I guess that's just how you guys wanted to run that campaign. Anyways, I'm still waiting for my test funds. Hopefully, it'll be granted soon.
