This freeroll tournament already ended yesterday (3PM UTC). I was the only person from this forum to join the tournament (probably) and luck was very helpful. Because I competed with 409 people with only 1000 chips. Finished the game by winning the third place. Although it was very challenging and it was my best experience.

Yes, the maintenance work was completed about four hours ago. If this is actually a problem, then it will definitely be resolved as soon as possible. And you can contact customer service for its assistance. but i'm not facing such problem though.

I played a bit this morning, and after playing, I looked at the leaderboard standings... it was unchanged. I still have the same amount of points:



I played games from the list, but now I'm not sure it's all correct.

This freeroll tournament already ended yesterday (3PM UTC). I was the only person from this forum to join the tournament (probably) and luck was very helpful. Because I competed with 409 people with only 1000 chips. Finished the game by winning the third place. Although it was very challenging and it was my best experience.

you not mistaken, the point havent changed since maintenence ended . I contacted support but they asked me to wait 10 min while they forwarded the issue to another departmant. I was too sleepy to wait, so I told them to just fix the issue and ended the chat.

It seems that they do not notice the error by themselves, so they had to ask this question.
I'm pretty sure we all played the games as listed in the "pick the best games", I also played few different games as listed there but my points is stuck too.
Actually it is also happening in the weekly and monthly race leaderboard, I also play for these 2 tournaments but the same thing (point stuck) happen since yesterday.
It must be an error in their whole leaderboard system, they need to fix it asap especially the weekly race as it is going to end in less than 24 hours.

I hope the errors are fixed as soon as possible so it won't affect client who are waiting for results of the previous played games results to show up. I wished some of my friends I told to check some of the games will do so, as I have recommended it to a friend, waiting patiently for everything to be settled and come up better than it was, I believe the software engineer are already working on it, and will give us reply too.
The games a quite impressive and easy to play by any body who wants to try it.

The weekly onsite race ended about an hour ago, no updated points for more than 24 hours although maybe it can be an advantage for me as I won the 3rd prize eventually.

But it can something unfair if it affect those who keep on playing the eligible games but their points are not updated until the end of the race while they should have the chance to have better position and prize at the end of the race.
Judging from what happened in this weekly onsite race where there was no update at all until the of the race, I'm worrying that the same thing may also happen in this exclusive bitcointalk wager race.
If they have the data, they should be able to give us an update for the latest leaderboard for the bitcointalk race as its been stuck for more than 48 hours IIRC.
I myself will wait until they fix the leaderboard or at least if they can give us the updated one by using their own data, too risky if I continue wagering while there is a possibility that it wont be counted/updated like what happened in the weekly race.

I am supposed to have won top 3 in weekly race with 400k-600k points. But I was placed 11th based on my position with just 2000 points 4 days ago. I had contacted support yesterday and today twice.
