There was another message in telegram from the VIP manager after your post but unfortunately it is just another "how are you" message, not even following up the first email they sent to me.
Today (which is 2 days after), I have to ask about the email and hopefully there will be a real follow up of the email although I wont expect too much if I look at how the VIP manager responded so far.
I see, that's unfortunate. Hopefully they'll be much more active in responding to inquiries next time.
Anyway, I think some players are getting bored with their wagering tournaments due to its limited eligible games to play every round.
Frankly speaking, I dont understand why they have to apply games limitation for the wagering contest while they can simply count all games since the main idea is "wagering".
I think most of the games on their platform do count towards your wagering, but they probably just don't include some games due to possible abuse (no idea which ones though).
Anyways, I've already suggested this directly to the MineBit team, and they said they'll listen to all of the feedback from you guys and that they'll always be working on improving it.
