When you have some issues concerning a casino, what you should do first is to put out the complain in the casino ANN thread, they have agents over there that respond to every issue.

If that's the case, then I'll strongly advise the exact opposite, to not direct them to their ANN, rather inform the representative that there is an open accusation against them and give them the link.
Redirecting player to a casino's ANN after they have their own thread will just create the double threads issue that always make the job of overseers more difficult as we'll have to observe both threads, each of which more usually than not, contain different details and pace.
