In this context, everyone surely has a master. even Iran as its own master in the geopolitical ecosystem. And in regard to the ongoing war, I honestly believe there is no one to blame, everyone has a hand in this mess. I agree that AIPAC (And all SuperPACs) have an undue and corruptive influence over our politicians and policy. Combine that with a framing that anyone who disagrees with Israel's decimation of Palestine as being Antisemitic and you have a well crafted tool of oppression in the service of profit for a few.
Good examples of this in the United States were:

*Chattel Slavery

In terms of US hegemony and the threat to its empire, we can see that many of Iran's neighbors already have US military bases. In the Middle East, only a few countries remain collaborating with the US, including Iran. If you're familiar with the Gulf of Hormuz, it's a global oil route, and China and Europe also source their oil from there. If Iran is controlled by the US, US interests will weaken China's energy resources. This is one of the US's goals. We must look at the other side of this, and it's not about religious interests.
