You bet on how many vehicles will cross a certain intersection/traffic light

This is another interesting game added to the casino because I haven't gamble on this one. It's just similar the kind of bet I, and my friends in high school bet on. What we do is to bet on the next two vehicles that will pass. If you get it right, you win the bet. How possible will one know how many cars will cross the traffic light lolz.

Is this some form of a video game where the player is also betting on how many Cars or vehicles will cross the traffic light/interception or is this actually a real world betting game?

If this is a video game, then it absolutely understandable though I myself haven't tried it yet but would definitely love to, but the question now would be if the vehicles crossing aren't manipulated by the game developer to cause the players to lose money..

But if this is actually a real world betting, then I wonder how this works, maybe an explanation on how the game works will go a long way.
And I also guess this type of betting will be country dependent and maybe location too so the bettor can easily be able to verify whether their bet hit or not..
Would sincerely want to know how this works if this is a real world betting.

To be honest its the first time I am seeing something similar.
It seems to be real traffic but how could you trust the count? The difference between each bet is just +1!
More or less at same time the same amount of cars would pass...  And I am really surprised "strange" accidents doesn't happens in this road

Gamblers can bet on anything, All The wanted is just a scenario that could lead to gambling and they are good to go, that is why any time is convenient for them to gamble as long as they have the avenue ready for placing bets.

Though I see this kind of betting being uncommon because you really see people gambling and playing traffic bets, some may find it interesting to risk their money and play a bet in such a manner because the traffic at times can be unpredictable depending on how busy the day is, or the weather conditions for a particular day.

It's a bit strange that there are vehicle traffic bets, are there any betting sites that provide this? Like in crypto casinos there are none.

Then how does the casino get the live video feed? Is it from the police or is there someone who installs CCTV to view vehicle traffic?

My first time coming across this sort of bet, I find it interesting, though, that people have found a way to bet on something as random as this.

I know many other games like this to bet on will spring up shortly; maybe there will be one soon to bet on the number of birds to fly past an airspace.

The gambling industry is becoming interesting; the chances of it becoming appealing to everyone are getting higher. If you are not finding an option of a game to bet on as interesting, there will be one you will like.

Have been seen varieties of betting with different games, but not on this precisely, even though I can't deny that seeing something like this or similar to this has ever occurs, I could remember car racing and other games, I don't know if the casinos have been having various games in such manner that you have to bet on the traffic or this is just coming in place.

It will be nice to try this out and see how we could guess right the number of cars to cross the traffic at a particular time, one common thing that is observable of any kind of game being played is in the ability of us taking the risk to play and try our luck, at the same time it will be fun to play on such traffic games because of the conditions involved while playing.

Since the inception of prediction sites I've been seeing a lot of crazy and unusual events that people place bets on so this vehicle traffic bet doesn't surprise me at all. I wonder if the bets will be on specific busy roads or any busy roads that have CCTV cameras to monitor vehicle movements and whether the bet sites will provide their own CCTV camera or partner with authorities in charge. This is a skill based game because the bettors will need to analyze vehicular movements at rush hour and none rush hours to predict their games. I think there will be manipulations in this type of game because either the bet sight or bettors can have vehicles at street corners specifically positioned to either enter or not enter the traffic to favor their bets.

I have not placed this type of bet neither have I seen it in any casino but I do know that casinos can program that to be one of their games. It is not different from many casino games that I know because they can work on the same algorithm. Hence, there is nothing special about such type of casino game, since everything depend entirely on luck and nothing else. Assuming it were based on real traffic, then we should have been expecting something different.

I saw some videos of this a couple of days back on youtube, and thought people really do bet on anything nowadays, but I also wondered if there is data about how many cars pass through in an intersection during a greenlight, I mean, if there is, it could be an advantage in some way(I could be wrong though).

Very unpopular game and played in some African countries just like physical horse race among friends of club members, this type of game is very limited and played in small numbers, majority of which is with in regulated vicinity that traffic rush can't be manipulated, unlike in some places where players could easily manipulate numbers to come out winning.

This type of game is not available on online casinos that is why we don't know or hear much about them, but their exist.

I wonder how the players will manage to get the accuracy of the numbers to hit the winning, I am sure their will have to sum up the numbers at some point if not a winner will be hard to find.

Honestly this is the first time I am hearing about this type of gambling, although this could be popular in other people's countries but is not in our jurisdiction. How certain or good could someone be at predictions what areas could have the most traffic on the roads and in what hours could that be possibly. I know that many people could find it very difficult to bet on because it is not live game where people could be seeing occurrences between these roads and how often that could likely happened, unlike football where you could be watching it live to see how people are playing it on the field.

This is a type of bet that I have just heard about because even though I have seen some absurd betting models, this one is even more absurd. Maybe people see it as an interesting bet to place, but I don't find it interesting enough to bet on because it is too random and there is a high risk that the bet will be wrong. But I am amazed that people always come up with new ideas to bet on, even if they are quite absurd.

I have not heard about this kind of bet before but its going to be exciting if it has upto 95% RTP which is going to be fair.
There are a lot of new games we are seeing currently and many are quite interesting to try with an easy addiction from those that don't know how to control their emotions when gambling.

I don't gamble with emotions but their are times when you can get emotional due to frequent winnings or loses that seems to surprise you.

Nowadays, betting markets are created for all sorts of things, even things that shouldn't be bet on, but people still bet anyway. That's why I'm not surprised by the opening of this betting market you posted. But I wonder how many sites have a lot of information available about the car traffic on a particular avenue?

I see this type of market only as beneficial for people who live in the city or street where the betting site has placed it, allowing people to bet on the number of cars passing through that same street. A person who has never been to a street in my country, for example, will have great difficulty obtaining data on the number of cars that pass through my country's street.

That's why I don't see much advantage for betting sites in offering this market, because I doubt that many people from other countries will bet on it.

Hahaha, we'd have to analyze this game properly, but I suppose it could be entertaining. I guess they're pre-recorded videos, though, because can you imagine if it were live? Hahaha, I can just picture a group of friends bringing traffic to a standstill at a red light to win a bet.

But the real question I have is, can it be fun in the long run? I mean, could we maintain the fun for a long period of time? Since it's just cars crossing the street.

Infact, I have so many questions
First, is it a real live bet or virtual, second, is this in a particular location, that is if it is a live bet situation. Third, do vehicles include motorcycles as well? if it is virtual, what's the RTP like?

First time I hear about such type of bet and I have been gambling since early 2000 so lots of time and today I see it for first time. When I first watched it the title of the thread I thought it would be about how much traffic would be in certain highways in some countries and was surprised to see how many cars will enter an intersection, that is to say the minimum a very strange type of betting yet I know a lot of people will be trying it, maybe even I myself can have a shot as I suppose it would be very fun, after all we always talk about how bad traffic is in our cities nowadays.
