i know it is just a meme but personally i do not understand those who say they quit their jobs because they believe bitcoin will go to 1 million.

i believe bitcoin will go to 1 million but i am not going to quit my job and sit around waiting for that to happen unless i am already at my retiring age. i need to find other sources of income, whether that's within the bitcoin ecosystem or not, in order to continue buying more bitcoin in order to be prepared when i finally am ready to sell and when bitcoin has already hit a million in value.

besides, if you are at a point of instability wherein you will need to apply to mcdonalds just because bitcoin dropped for a few thousand dollars then i do not think you should be quitting your job at all.

The trouble with these guys is that they may even be supported by an absolutely correct technical investment strategy, but they invest very little money in their daily lives. And as soon as they need more money for everyday life, these guys have to withdraw this money from trading. Because of this, they cannot stay in a trading position for a long time, and even when bitcoin goes up later, they are already out of the market and have been recorded in negative profit.

And this is a really sad story - guys who trade well, but do not understand how much money they need for a living.

The volatility of the Bitcoin market alone should teach you something that you should not just depend on crypto or Bitcoin to resign your job. A job guarantees you job security against the period of want and scarcity against depending on Bitcoin which market is unpredictable. I do not advise anybody to resign their job just because they made some profit from Bitcoin. If they established a good business they can manage then there is no problem about that but in a situation where they resign when they have no other backup plans just because they got some Bitcoin, then they should be ready for the crash that is coming their way.

It's good to not put eggs in one basket so that when on fails you hold on to the other, because no one actually knows the future.
However, I think their should be a reasonable reason for one to do that, basically if you don't have the time to run Bitcoin investment or business and with your work, too if you have enough of money and you've realised a very lucrative opportunity in Bitcoin to venture into and some fortune that's way more better than your 9-5 job.

Bitcoin investment is not a source of income so it will be a big mistake if we quit our jobs or stop doing our business because we are investing in Bitcoin and also believing that Bitcoin will hit 1m, Bitcoin does not guaranteed us to be successful and moreover we to have a job or a source of income so we can still be accumulating Bitcoin without stopping half way, Bitcoin may do well it may also not do well so we shouldn't do what we will regret in a near time, we need to keep our jobs and also invest in Bitcoin with money we can afford to loss. Bitcoin is volatile so we shouldn't just depend on it.

It's always about wether to quit their job or to continue. Some say that you have to quit when you earn a huge profit while others will say to continue their job to acquire more bitcoin or to have more than one source of income. For me, I believe that it's okay to have job even if you are into bitcoin as to have another source of income since it's not every time you will get money on bitcoin so you will surely need to have a steady source of money like a job.

Having our jobs will even give us more flexibility in saving our Bitcoin. There will be more room to save our coin and even boast our strategy. If the source of income isn't diversified we might run into expenses that will cost us our entire bitcoin but when the income is from different streams it cover up for unforeseen expenditures and also help define our investment goals with better clarity, defined goals and better plan/strategy.

The mistake of thinking that always happens is that when some get a big profit they think it is very sufficient for their lives, even though when the money is in hand it is certain that it will run out just waiting for time (especially when coupled with an extravagant lifestyle) making the faster we will lose the money we get.  We should be ashamed that even billionaires today are still doing the work or business they do while we who only profit a fraction of a percent from the investments we make already feel that it can meet our needs forever. It becomes a ridiculous decision in the end when we force ourselves to stop working just because of the profits we have.
Humans always have greed and always try to get more is a good way so that the investment we do is still running and we can also fulfill our life needs from the results of the work we do.

That's a pretty simple decision without considering many things that will happen in life. If the reason for quitting a job is because Bitcoin will reach $1 million, then the question is how much Bitcoin they actually own, so the decision to quit their job has already gone through a long process of considering the impact. Most people involved in Bitcoin investment will undoubtedly believe that Bitcoin will eventually reach $1 million and that's a very strong belief for anyone who understands Bitcoin's history as we see quite strong support for the process leading up to that price.

But if people eventually quit their jobs and only have a small amount of Bitcoin in their wallets, I think that's a foolish decision because without realizing it, even if Bitcoin reaches $1 million, it won't provide anything. Instead, people will think about working hard to earn more money so they can consistently buy Bitcoin as preparation for future financial freedom. Without sufficient financial support, how can anyone achieve investment growth?

The only time you'll quit your job is when you've managed to earn a lot from it, don't quit if you haven't really made money in BTC not only in crypto but in general. If you've managed to gather a lot of money then there's a lot of better options to earn more like making your own business or make a trade more. So yeah, I agree that quitting job without reaching a goal is really non-sense, all of us have vision to Crypto but make it happen first before quitting the job, then learn a lot of skills first before quitting your job so you can be back with a good job if something happened in crypto.

There is something some people fail to,understand, if you have a room full of money gifted to you for free and toy decided to quit your job, that money might only take sometime before it get finish. This is why no matter the millions you have, make sure you have a stream of income that you can depend for the rest of your life, not a life changing money, without it even if. You secure $10m without it you will become broke because you will always want to raise standards with new money.

If you have Bitcoin and it becomes the biggest investment return you ever seen in your life, the let the money be. If you sell it you probably going to cash it for something you don't need but maybe you want. The want things always fade out from human eyes after getting the satisfaction you have always craving for but if you look at Bitcoin market, tne price is always be above what it was some years ago, that's the difference between Bitcoin and other resources.

That's true, they thought that it is forever but most of the projects were dead now and it's just a trend that has happened to be that good and profitable.

Not all of the trends that comes to the market is staying for so long. Well, if they have earned so much in it and managed to invest into Bitcoin or brick and mortar business.

They're probably flipping burgers for their own burger shops but, I don't think that many of them did wise up with their money during that time.

Quitting a job, especially since I have invested in Bitcoin, is not an easy decision because the returns as well as the risks in Bitcoin are quite high and the market can move unexpectedly at any time. A job provides a stable income from which we manage our daily expenses and family responsibilities. If a person quits their job and starts any kind of investment without proper experience, the financial pressure on them increases. The better approach is for everyone to continue their work and at the same time start investing in Bitcoin with a small amount.Only when one has a good understanding of the market and starts making consistent profits should one think about bitcoin.

The point is, does someone choose to quit their job to focus on trading on an exchange? If that's the reason, I think they've made a mistake. Especially if they quit their job because they believe Bitcoin will reach $1 million, even though they only have a few small pieces of one Bitcoin. That's a fatal mistake. I think people should realize that Bitcoin can be used as an investment asset and should hold Bitcoin for as long as possible. Perhaps in the future, Bitcoin could help you achieve financial freedom. But your current job is what supports you and fulfills your needs. So, I believe we need to value our jobs and not quit unless you have another job. Don't rely on hopes of Bitcoin's price rising, because without a job, you'll lose your Bitcoin savings.
