For a long period of time I knew about bitcoin but the question is "what do you know about bitcoin" sometimes people do get the wrong knowledge/information about the right way at which the product as it may be works, making them not to take the item serious

What I know about bitcoin is that bitcoin is a decentralized coin, and bitcoin has a strong community who are constantly investing in bitcoin, and again the creator of bitcoin is not known to anyone because he decided to keep himself anonymous, there are a lot of things I know about bitcoin and I’m certain that investing in bitcoin is a very good option for someone who wants to have free and good investment. The government has no control over bitcoin and whatever the government has no control of is usually more safe, if there is a war in your country, your investment in bitcoin won’t be affected, so bitcoin is one of the safest investment right now in the world and should not be taking for granted.

I have studied Bitcoin for a long time, generally as you know today, digital currency, operates in a decentralized manner using blockchain technology, Apart from Bitcoin having other meanings, investment, trading, mining and so on.

The few times I saw  and listened to an ad promoting Bitcoin was from a scammer. Someone had sent me the audio and the rubbish writeup that followed it, claiming bitcoin helps you double your capital in few minutes. I was shocked Someone could make Bitcoin seem so strange to me. It was so good to be true that even if I'd never known Bitcoin my entire life, I will find it difficult believing in an investment that promises double my capital in seconds.

You're right Bitcoin is not one of those Altcoins that the developers are trying all out to promote and sell to the larger population. Bitcoin is not one of those cheap coins that you can see in ads this is because,  the creator of Bitcoin as a crypto currency know the value that Bitcoin will hold in the future that, you won't see Bitcoin on ads most of the ads you see on social media is all promoted by criminals who is out there to scam people who may not be too informed of their what Bitcoin really is. And so will promote Bitcoin to get people hard earned money.

Some things I know about Bitcoin is that Bitcoin is the safest and trusted place for investment especially when you engage yourself in long term investment other than every other investment we all know ,in Bitcoin we have the two seasons which is the bullish market and the bearish market..

It takes Bitcoin four good years to complete it rotational circle and that is called Bitcoin halving , Bitcoin is a decentralized exchange meaning that no one has control over it..
One can acquire Bitcoin through by investing on it, trading or mining but as of now mining is no longer available ..

I never heard or saw a Bitcoin ads, and Satoshi never used any ad networks to promote Bitcoin. You might be talking about other coins, not Bitcoin. Usually most of the ads I see on social media and YouTube are for tokens and memes, not real coins, but any layer 2 coins.
They indeed mention Bitcoin, but they are not promoting Bitcoin; instead, they promote their meme or tokens.

In the early years, there are ads about Bitcoin but it is from a centralized exchange or communities supporting Bitcoin, but not from the developers.  And I think there is still some advertisement today about Bitcoin.  One example is how El Salvador runs  a campaign about their Bitcoin adoption.

My first experience learning about Bitcoin was through faucets, where you can claim Bitcoin for free by solving the captcha, until I was scammed by someone and some investment sites. I brought myself here on the forum and learned more about Bitcoin. It was started in 2014, and I know many things about Bitcoin.

Same here, it is worth claiming faucets in the early years since the faucet really gives a good amount of Bitcoin, somewhere around 0.001 BTC,  although the value way back then is somehow too little, it's worth some cents or something like that.

I have not heard or seen any advertisements for Bitcoin, and I did not know about Bitcoin through advertisements either. However, I heard about Bitcoin from my friend and gained some knowledge about it. However, based on what I know and have heard about Bitcoin, I can only say that Bitcoin is good for investment, but Bitcoin is best for long-term investment. Moreover, I know that whoever buys Bitcoin and invests in it owns the Bitcoin. Moreover, I know that Bitcoin never supports any third party. Also, I know that Bitcoin is the best in the crypto world and there is no other coin above Bitcoin.

Overall, I know how to buy and sell, what it is and what blockchain is, how to do analysis, and how it is going to become a major financial tool of our world. But I have never done mining and I am not a technical person to join the devs. I am just a normal user who has tested networks, made transactions to test them, that's it. Maybe I have forgotten to mention something but so far, I have not tried mining.

I like to mine, but right now I can't afford it. Also, there are no clear laws for us in here, so I won't take any steps that can cause me problems later. Better to not do that to them in the start rather than regretting later haha but right now law is being made so maybe in a year or two I would be mining an alt, not btc because I know I would still won't be able to afford it, besides affording, I would still give it a chance to test.

Simply put, bitcoin is not fiat, and fiat is far from bitcoin. But bitcoin exists to become an alternative to fiat, if not now, maybe when the real global adoption comes.

BTC is considered as a blue chip and yes, it's far different from altcoins. BTC is embraced by the community because it's the one who started everything and of course the technology behind it is the one that makes it stand out. Altcoins copied it but BTC remains popular because it's the OG and father of crypto so there's no need to put some ads to it, 3rd party apps are the one who needs ads and adds BTC to the promotion that they accept it, people come to that platform because of BTC. Some ads are also made by scammers, it's true, BTC don't need some exposure because if you've been into crypto, it's widely known already.

In the present time, this question is very normal that who knows about Bitcoin, at one time people had many wrong thoughts about Bitcoin but as time goes by people's thoughts about science are getting clearer and they are gaining a lot of knowledge about Bitcoin. If I say what I know about Bitcoin then I will say that it is a digital currency which is completely decentralized and no one has the power to change its foundation which has a very good future, along with that their future is very good those who will keep it for a long time especially those who are already holding Bitcoin are already making a lot of profit but now is not the right time to sell Bitcoin. Bitcoin isn't an item, it is a technology that has changed millions of lives. The great, the powerful, and the wealthy all have turned into Bitcoin, so it isn't an item.

Bitcoin does not represent wealth, and not everyone who own Bitcoin is wealthy. You can not call yourself rich if you only own 0,01 BTC or even less.

Bitcoin represents freedom, where you have complete control over your assets without having to trust or depend on a third party.

Bitcoin is an asset class similar to gold, silver, or diamond, and anyone who flaunts it is easily targeted by criminals or greedy individual. If you become a target of criminals, it mean they are targeting your asset, not just bitcoin.
