Everything comes with a price and that includes the free things too, I am noticed that free things are a debt that you must pay with either your integrity or your freedom, free things are traps use by the puppeteer masters.

For a wise person free things are like sounding an alarm, it's a calling to be more cautious because they the trapped might already be set, avoid free things as possible as you can.

I'm my countr pidgin language they say, "free things dey purge"  meaning free things causes running stomach which can thereby cause you to vomit and feel sick.

It's an idiomatic expression though for many free things in life. If something are been given free, you ought to be careful and think twice before receiving it, if you joyfuly take it, it might end in bitter tears.

Anyone can make up parables to economics for vague concepts like "free" or "cost" and try to argue that it some magical way applies to totally different kind of economy. There is none, I can say that with confidence, because anything that is given for free will have some motive behind it, either the giver is getting something in return for that, or they have been sponsored by a third-party that is then getting free advertisement or something like that. We always watch videos on the internet where people are giving away free things to people in need, and are always making videos of what they are doing. Almost all of these videos have sponsors who are mentioned in the video, and that creates brand awareness for them for being mentioned in the video, and in return, someone gets something from them, so it's not basically for free.

All those people who appear in such video to receive gifts and things are being used for content, content that in return generate way more money than the creators are giving away, which means that they are not giving things away for free or from their pockets, but they are making money using those people and then giving something to them, it's like you are hired to do the video but you are not directly hired, you are not told that you are hired and you also get paid, but all of that is hidden behind the "free" label.

I agree with your true statement that everything has a price. In fact, we have to pay a price for the money we earn and that price is our time, effort and skills. I myself am most of the time attracted to things that are free. Many times there is something free with different products and I myself am very attracted to all those products. To be honest, I bought a hair oil last month which came with a bottle of shampoo free. Although the price was a little high, I bought the oil because of the free product. This is basically a method or strategy of business that attracts buyers to the product.
