Bip322 implementation is welcome as far as I'm concerned.  It's uses may be limited for many, but very practical where needed.  The functionality of being able to sign messages from non-legacy addresses is long overdue.

ColdCard is legendary for being the first to implement this.  Definitely one of my favorite hardware wallets, and just happens to be the one I use more than any other.

Proof of reserves doesn't really have much of a use for us individuals and I guess it's more marketed towards companies.

But I like the fact you can now sign from any address, even if most people seemed to have stopped signing messages nowadays for some reason.

Not only that, but it enhances privacy. Instead of grouping several UTXOs into one address and then signing a message from that address, this can be done from many UTXOs, and even from multisig UTXOs. It is a good option for medium-sized servers to prove reserves without reducing their privacy.
import 30 WIF private keys may confirm this.

Nothing coming from nvk lunatic should be trusted, as it was proven he is anti-open-source.
That guy is literally spending more time shutting down other open source project, on lawsuits, seize and desist letters, than on actually improving anything for bitcoin.
I don't see any real use case for this proof of reserves thing.

In my view this is significant step toward establishing the uniform standard for signing messages. As I understand  BIP322  it works with all address types generated by the wallet correct me if I'm wrong and at the same time includes mechanism that prevents accidental coin movement. I hope other developers will also add support for it in their products. I’d love to see it implemented in my Passport Core.

I’d love to see it implemented in my Passport Core.

I can't see Foundation Devices taking too long before they follow suit.  Between CoinKite and Foundation it's hard to pick which I like better.  I already have the Passport Core {Batch 2,) and I'm on the list to get my Passport Prim.  I use my ColdCard MK4 way more often, and I'm planning to order a ColdCard Q this weekend.

From a value perspective, ColdCard is definitely more bang for the buck, but it'll be interesting to compare the two new models side by side.

Despite the efforts of one particular member here to misdirect any thread about a CoinKite product, spread misinformation, make outlandish accusations against nvk, and fuel a misleading narrative about him being "anti-open-source," CoinKite remains the most innovative and progressive hardware wallet manufacturer.  The functionality of their products is second to none.  Foundation comes slightly ahead in terms of form factor and aesthetics, but the functionality and features of their products is no better than that of CoinKite's.  In some cases, such as the case of this particular thread's subject, CoinKite is ahead of everybody.  They're frequently the first to market with cool features and Bip implementations.  Bip85 is one specific one that I use frequently that comes to mind.  Until Passport was introduced, the MK4 was the only hardware wallet to have that feature implemented.

Another kudo is they don't forget their previous customers.  Their innovations are frequently backported to existing devices, further enhancing the value of being one of their customers.
