The US-Israel vs Iran war has not reached a month but most countries have felt the impact, for example, I saw in some news that Dutch citizens have bought gasoline in Belgium, in my country is no exception, several gas stations have been closed due to not getting supplies, what the government needs to do now is just look for alternatives, because it is possible that the war will continue, which will result in the closure of the Strait of Hormuz continuing.

It is already happening. Not just their economy will suffer, but there will be lots of lives lost in this war. Recently, I woke up seeing videos of bombings in Lebanon. It was said that Israel is responsible for the bombing. I never knew the war had reached this extent, and how Lebanon got involved in the war, I do not know, but I will make my research ASAP. All the countries within the Gulf region should be prepared to be affected by the war, both economically and otherwise.

If the war situation does not normalize, then there will be a severe shortage of fuel oil, and even if some fuel oil is available, it will have to be purchased at a high price.
We don't want it to normalize but instead to deescalate. Because what you've said is happening right now. Iran is firm on what they say that there will be continuous closing of Strait and expect a $200/oil barrel and that's a lot. They really are against the world right now and they only have on ally that they allow to pass through the Strait where they deliver millions of barrel and that's China.

What is the ceiling on this escalation? Like where does it stop. Iran is not a small actor and more importantly its strategy seems to be specifically economic disruption. Disrupting the Strait is successful. Hitting regional production infrastructure works. This is almost a doctrine. And the doctrine is working in the sense that the damage is real and piling up.
Inflation means prices rise and then they potentially stabilize. What's going on now is a constraint problem. Some countries may simply not be able to access fuel at any price because the logistics infrastructure to get it there is broken or too dangerous or too expensive. And "too expensive" for a country like Pakistan at this time, based on where its foreign reserves were already. That's practically the same thing as unavailable.
The people who suffer most from the shortages of fuels in Dhaka or Karachi or Colombo are not the people who designed these structures of dependency. They're simply the people who reside in them.
And what mechanism is in place now to prevent this from getting to the worst-case scenario you're describing? I don't see a functioning one. The UN is largely symbolic under these conditions. Diplomatic channels are broken or paralysed. And the countries most affected have almost no leverage over any of the parties that are actually conducting this war.
That's a hard place to end up. But it seems like where we are.

Most countries have certain reserves of oil to use in emergencies such as war or supply crises like the current one. What is puzzling is that the war only started 2 week ago and supply chain have only been disrupted in the last few day. But many countries appear to be facing a serious oil shortage. This makes me wonder if there's any manipulation behind this, because the shortage could not have happened so quickly The Strait of Hormuz is only a shipping route for 20% of the total oil supply, not the entire oil supply. The solution is for the remaining countries to increase their oil production. I think if the remaining oil producing countries increase their output, we can absolutely make up for this shortfall. However, that will still depend heavily on the global political context and the interests of the countries involved

I mean, the majority of their revenue comes from oil and gasoline supply so it's unlikely they would close the Strait of Hormuz, rather restrict some regions which they have done already. I still can’t make sense of what this war is really about or how it’s ever going to end, given the current developments and the news I keep seeing. Even once the war ends, there will be chaos because Iran has a new leader, and it remains to be seen what decisions he will take and whether they will be more aggressive. Personally, I was expecting more action from Russia but they are perhaps laughing at all the madness.

Every country is affected because of this unnecessary war! The government has already taken some energy saving measures to decrease the use of oil and electricity. The sales of oil have been limited, we cannot buy above a certain amount. The panic is real. People who used to buy 1 liter are now buying the double out of fear. The govt urges everyone not to fear, but you already know how people behave in times of shortage. They buy more. Moreover, school college universities have already been closed off early to save energy. I don't know of other places, but hopefully we'll be able to survive this crisis as Iran has agreed to allow Bangladeshi oil tankers to pass through the Strait of Hormuz.

Drama after Drama but in reality hardly anything justifies the the end is near screams of many "news" networks. The effect tablets have om kids, those effects we see actually also o grown ups. The biggest contribution might be oil. But the world works without oil. It just changes. City dwellers will suffer. And there are electric Vehicles Tesla will love it.

It is not clear how long this war between Iran, Israel and America will be limited to these three countries. Iran is attacking US bases in different countries in the Middle East one after another, which is further escalating the war. On the other hand, the US and Israeli armies are not sitting back, but are also counterattacking and causing massive damage to Iran. The issue that is currently at the center of most discussions is fuel oil. The fuel oil reserves of different countries are running out, but the war situation is not normalizing, so if such a war continues for a few more weeks, it will definitely have a big impact on the economies of different countries. The economic condition of all these Asian countries including India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka will be bad because the economies of all these countries depend on fuel oil and these countries export about 90% of their fuel oil from the Middle East. Due to the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, fuel oil ships are not able to come, due to which there is a fear of a severe fuel crisis in different countries. Not only this, but Kuwait has already reduced its oil production due to the successive attacks by Iran, several oil production plants in Saudi Arabia have been severely damaged, due to which the price of crude oil has already increased by about $100 per barrel, which can be called the highest increase.
If the war situation does not normalize, then there will be a severe shortage of fuel oil, and even if some fuel oil is available, it will have to be purchased at a high price.
The situation is already terrible, what ever that happens to crude oil tends to affect the whole world. The effects on crude oil directly affects the prices of goods and services all over the world. Firstly,so many countries depends on crude oil export to fund their budget and when once the export quantity is low then their will be problem. The war should end as soon as possible before countries will run into too many debts. Iran is not ready to open the strait of Hormuz in full capacity for business to flow but might open partially for their allies to pass through.

Now wars are not limited to a single country. The impact of wars can spread far beyond the borders of the country. In an internal war between two countries, people from two countries may lose their lives and infrastructure from two countries may be destroyed, but its impact is global. Consider the current Iran-Israel war where the Iranians are attacking various countries in the Middle East and they have closed the Strait of Hormuz. As a result, the price of oil is increasing rapidly all over the world. There is no war in the country where I live, but our purchasing power has been greatly reduced due to the Iran-Israel war.
While this is true, I would say it's not the same thing. I can understand why people would think that we are under threat as well, because our economy is impacted as well, but the reality is that we are facing something that would not be the same and we should be focus on what really matters. In most cases, we are talking about how we are going to see the situation be a lot more, just realize "we have our economy going down" and "we have bombs raining down our heads" is not the same. You may like or dislike Iran-Israel but those two nations are both getting missiles hitting cities, I rather not have that.

Just because oil price went up right now doesn't mean that the world will do badly right away.
First of all it would need to stay above 100 dollars for months before it becomes an issue, nobody is childish enough to say that it won't matter if it goes that long, but if the price goes down tomorrow and doesn't become a long term thing, then yeah it will not matter.
You have to wait a month before it becomes a real trouble. Secondly, I think Iran situation will ease, we are going to face less missiles and this will not be years long battle.
The effects of the war have been threatening and unpredictable, affecting numerous countries.Almost every country is concerned about their resources, leadership, finances and security. The impact of war spread to other regions of the world, almost like a contagious disease. While the whole situation can be managed, the ongoing crisis has left everyone disappointed especially when Trump is proving to be a constant obstacle to the evolution of changes.

There is a lot of dependency on oil in everything we do today and you know what, it's not like there is no oil, there are many oil in abundance, there are lots in reserve but when there is war, expect people to want to make money. The only time we have to worry is if there is complete reduction of oil from reservoirs and create low supply, there are more than oil enough for every day use but business is business, it's their decisions that is affecting other regions.
The beauty of all this war and oil shortage so far I have observed is how no politician is talking about putting an end to bitcoin mining even for the time being haha. I mean, energy is getting expensive, there is no doubt but the way Bitcoin has adopted, and made its way in this economy, there is no way any politician would say mining is taking more energy, so it is best to stop miners from mining. If it had not been adopted as it has now, then surely everyone would be blaming miners for the next energy crisis, haha. So if I relate it to the crypto, I think paradoxically, current even can be bearish but in reality it is otherwise haha, but it can be bullish in medium term, because of inflation hedge narrative.

If the war situation does not normalize, then there will be a severe shortage of fuel oil, and even if some fuel oil is available, it will have to be purchased at a high price.
The US wants to end the war right away because it's becoming very costly for them, and the many countries that are oil-dependent on that region are getting impatient, but Iran wants to prolong the war, they are fighting not to win the war but to make this war costly for the US, and so they will be pressured by countries depending on that region. It's like a ticking time bomb because reserves are being depleted, and many economies will soon collapse, so yes its not Iran who is under threat here, but many countries like ours. Our government is now in the austerity stage, but it cannot keep up in this stage; something positive should happen.

The war in the Middle East, especially between Iran, Israel, and the US, is already affecting the global economy. Oil prices have shot up because key shipping routes like the Strait of Hormuz are blocked and production in some countries is damaged. Countries that rely heavily on Middle Eastern oil, especially in South and Southeast Asia, are most vulnerable. Even short-term conflicts can push fuel costs higher, affect electricity generation, disrupt transportation, and ripple through trade.

The world economy is already under attack, many countries have been crying out because they do not have enough oil anymore and the citizens are buying for a very costly price. The country being affected will have no choice but to join the war soon, different countries will have to choose a side that they will be on and I think most of the people want to be on the side of Iran so that they can have their ship being allowed to pass through the street of Hormuz without any attack from the military. I don't understand what the US are doing, I don't understand what the reason for this war is but I know that the US are just trying to take the oil from Iran, that has always been the plan of the US for whenever they start the war they have no other idea but just to steal the oils around the world so that they can continue to have the world oil backed currency and also a large reserve of oil but this time around I don't think their plan will work. The US are just bullies and what they are trying to do right now is to bully Iran but also Iran do has their own flaws and I think they should not be allowed to have atomic missiles of the calibre that they are trying to get which can destroy countries and take them out of existence.

The US-Israel vs Iran war has not reached a month but most countries have felt the impact, for example, I saw in some news that Dutch citizens have bought gasoline in Belgium, in my country is no exception, several gas stations have been closed due to not getting supplies, what the government needs to do now is just look for alternatives, because it is possible that the war will continue, which will result in the closure of the Strait of Hormuz continuing.
has it only been two weeks? but the prices of gas in my country are now skyrocketing and many companies are opting to work from home because of how high the prices of gas and transportation have become. rallies are done to ask for more consideration because it is becoming too much for the citizens to bear.

You don't actually have to wait for months to say that the situation is worse or a threat. The effect is already showing in several countries, especially in third world countries. It might be a little better in developed countries but for developing countries, few weeks of this war will already show some effect. Here in my country, fuel price are already increases almost everyday. Transportation cost already increases, even electricity and water providers already announced that they’ll be increasing their rates. All these essentials and necessities already increased, so everything will start to follow.

In my country where fuel gets subsidies, society did not feel much impact from the conflict, even my country safe stock only for 20 days. These subsisize policy buffering panic and absorb psychology and social pressure. Government also control information to public for management of expectation to avoid panic buying and domestic stability. Usually near Ied celebration, government controlling price stability on every sector especially food and transportation to maintain positive high consumtion and high mobility moment, I'm afraid they'll hold back the excitement until the end of Eid holiday. My president plan to implementing WFH (work from home) policy to save fuel consumption especially for civil servant, i think after this my country will have several fuel consumption rationing, campaign for the use of public transportation and restrictions on private vehicles.

The war between Israel, Iran and US truly create disturbance not only for their own economy but also for the other countries. The greed for the oil has created threat for the economy, no one knows when this war will be stop. But it has affected the prices of almost everything. Because of the huge wave of inflation many countries are now pressurizing the US and Iran for stopping the conflict. Even in my country the prices of oil announce on daily basis that psychologically disturb the people, managing the budget become challenging for the people. Increase in the oil prices is a sudden shok for which no one was prepared. But now everyone is worries about their future. Economics activities also reduce in many countries due to shortage of oil. I feel, Even if the war stops, oil price will not come back on its original level. It takes may be months or years to set the economy globally. It affect the life style of the people their spending attitude or it will bring cut on unnecessary expenses. That's why situation of peace is always appealing than the war

Even in my small hometown, I can see that panicking is real, and all you can see in fuel stations are consumers lining up so they can buy fuel oil why the price is still lesser than it'll be in the next days. With this, prices of our basic commodities rising high too fast, which means when oil price increases more, everything we need around will also turn more costly after.
I never expected that most countries will be affected, until we get to see the real value of oil and how its higher price impacted with other stuffs needed in life.
