Risk is always directly proportional to reward (or perceived reward). That is why the riskiest casinos (thosethat are unregulated) are the ones which offer the most advantages or bonuses to gambler and newcomers.
Also, It does not surprise me there are so many unregulated casinos and scammy casinos in your country, as a matter of fact, those kind of casinos always blossom in economies in which they are outlawed.

It would be better to have legal and regulated gambling instead, so demand for casinos are met with official and high quality services.
Even illegal casinos managed by scammers are growing massively without serious action to shut down completely, Perhaps thousands of casinos appear every day with a wide variety of attractive promos.
Casinos like this usually use data that is leaked to the public and send to every active number to get its victims.

It is prohibited or does not provide some of the same problems and even some government officials also cooperate with this illegal casino with bribes that are received in fantastic amounts

Actually, it makes sense gambling continues to be outlawed in your country if there are authorities, and probably politicians who are getting paid by those illegal casinos in order for them to continue to operate with impunity.

If gambling got legalized in your country, then it would not be necessary for casinos to pay bribes any longer.

So in that sense, society gets only the worse from unregulated: corruption, casinos not paying taxes, and addiction with no formal recognition or recognition by the state.
(Since there is no registered casinos in the country, then the state does not actually any reason to invest in rehabilitation for addicts).

With the rising number of illegal casinos, actually its hard to determine now whether you are playing in a legal casino site or you are being trapped in an illegal casino. If only facebook itself can filter all what's being advertised in every facebook account, hence the rate of illegal casinos stealing the people's money will be reduced. But it would be additional work for facebook staff if ever.

Now what's the impact to legit casinos? I can see some are also struggling, except for those highly reputable casinos who have established their big names already long time ago, but for newly launched legit casinos, its like they are also competing with scam casinos but users/players do not know that.

I've had a free bonus, won with winnings before being asked to make a deposit to make the account able to withdraw.  In that case it was a legitimate operation and I got the winnings and also my deposit back.
I did think it was unfortunate I had to do that but apparently it was a regular rule for them and I dont think its unheard of for that to be the case.
It wasn't massive amounts, I think its better to split up bets over time and that lends better to safer use of any new game, new site you might be trying.

Its generally better to favor well established places, I blame government for trying to disrupt an industry instead of supporting it as of course they are always biased toward their own tax revenue.

In the Philippines some of the users are technically young or called Gen-Z becoming addicted to easy money betting site. How I wish they knee this forum so they would be safe from scammers posting sites and probably fake gambling sites which exploit the youngs on their modus.

What do you think will the impact on this on some legits gambling site? Anyone experience an illegal site which users crypto for deposits in the Philippines?
Correct me on this one, but I haven't see any illegal gambling website that accepts cryptocurrencies that are being used in our country. Most of them are depositing using our local wallets like GCash and Maya and even though they've removed it already, there's still a way to deposit using these wallets, and that's thru agents inside that are acting as a third party.

I hate to say this, but the number of gamblers getting addicted to gambling is increasing rapidly, and it's affecting many people in a negative way. I'm not against gambling in general, but always, always gamble responsibly. Illegal gambling websites will always pop up no matter what happens, and we've already seen some online influencers promoting them despite the fact that the authorities are trying to ban them. The best thing that they can do is to just warn other people about these influencers promoting illegal gambling websites. As for the impact, I don't think that it's that huge because let's face it. Those legal gambling sites are still earning way more compared to these illegal gambling websites.

Actually thats a question bro haha cause I dont know if theres an illegal site that accept crypto but for p2e games Id experience a deposit address via stablecoin which turns out to be a scam. But as I remembered I have a nephew who are addicted on gambling sites or scatter  and mention to me some that uses crypto for depositing. Maybe I ask him if its real or what are the names and if those are still active today.

But as far as I know most illegal sites are those whove youve mentioned that accepts via gcash and other remittances.

Hahaha you really understand the conditions that occur in my country, It is indeed regulated and illegal gambling is even protected.
Even though the police know where the bookie or the owner of the business is, the police only arrest those who play and become gambling addicts, not address the problem.

Corrupt politicians or internal parties who get bribes from illegal gambling provide a smooth path for new gambling,
there is no complete eradication because the turnover of money in illegal gambling is very much.
Individuals who get a profit share protect the development of illegal casinos.
