Dealer change it is normal but in this very specific case they did it exactly because the guy was winning big in every single session he had for about 7 times in a row or something in those lines. The casino got suspicious of the guy though he played very nice and outsmart the casino by going home with a net 550.000 dollars in his pocket, now I don't know if he had corrupted the dealer that was substituted though we can never rule this thing out, the casino themselves in the very first place thought that may be the case and wanted to immediately change the dealer. I don't know if the casino got some measures against the dealer they replaced though we don't know as the story does not go that deep in details here, if for example we know that the casino for example fired him we can assume they knew something fishy about him.

Crazy run by this gamblers, but sooner or later casinos will have to stop them. Their method? Change the dealer to disrupt everything, you can hear it that the gamblers wanted that dealer back but they say that he will just take a break.

And obviously the new dealer will have different throws and so they stop this gamblers from continuing their winning streak.

I’m not against on testing water before you quit but the moment the change dealer happened the psychological warfare was already present on your mind thinking that your luck was already gone.

Also there’s a danger for a potential chasing loss in case you still seek to bet more after experiencing winning streak.

For me it’s already a good sign to take profit when my mind already think the game already changes.

Does this happen to be just a coincidence or was the dealer of the casino actually influencing the outcome of the session?
I completely get why those gamblers would have liked to continue to have the same dealer, because they assume the dealer themselves was their "charm".

It is actually kind of silly as well how the casino played into these superstitions and opted to change the dealer.

I wonder if those dealers ended up being fired for allegedly manipulating the game in favor of gamblers...

It should be a coincidence because I don't think a casino dealer would want to corporate with strangers to the detriment of the casino he's working for, it goes completely against his contract as employee of the casino.

It's one of those lucky moments for the gamblers in the image and it happens that their luck probably connects with the dealer that's why they're having those streak wins but on the other hand the casino management understands how lucky can be obstructed, and that's by changing the dealer the next one may not align with the gamblers luck  which losses may follow from there.
