I recently decided to give Winna a try and created an account to see how the platform works. Before placing any bets, I contacted support to ask if there was any way to test the platform first, such as a lossback or rakeback bonus, just to get a feel for the system.

It’s simple, if casino doesn’t offer the bonus you are seeking just move on. Bonus can’t be requested exclusively.

It simply means he's opening the account with the casino for the bonus and with what some users do is that after getting a welcome bonus from the casino as a new customer and then using it to bet a game and peradventure they won and withdraw, they stop using the account because the purpose has being met.

If a user is looking for test options from a casino to test their platform, he can make use of the demo feature provided by casino, or deposit a small funds around the casino's deposit limit to use in testing the casino games. If casino has to give all user incentives for opening an account with them, it's gonna affect their budget for sure.

I know that all crypto casinos are not the same but trust me, if you have used other crypto casinos before now you can also use anyone you see around. First met me get your point, because they couldn't provide you with the kind of answer you expect makes you think that the casino is not good or what? Demo mode or not or they didn't give you any trial bonus doesn't mean that it's not a good casino. There is always users reviews toward every single site over here if you are joining for the first time. When you look at the reviews it would either encourage you to join or not. Although site like or do have play for fun or real fund. In that you could be able to practice on their demo before you could starts making deposit to the site to gamble directly.

Op are you serious? Are you new in gambling? You want to give a reputation to a casino through the test mode or demo playing account. Demo playing account is different from real playing account. You can win in demo playing account but the real account you will be disappointed. I think there is a point I need to correct here, because giving a rake back or loss back opportunity by a casino to its gamblers does not build trust, but rather give New players the opportunity to experience the casino before depositing real money. But in some cases, there have been numerous complaints by other casinos of gamblers misusing those opportunities. So in a nutshell, what builds trust for a casino is when they are able to offer smooth deposits and withdrawal of funds, together with an active customer support team on its platforms and all important social medias that hand complaints professionally. However, some casinos give a 100 to 200% deposit bonuses for new users, and with that, I don't see anything difficult with depositing the least $10 to $50 and you get a double or triple bonus that could be used to test the casino properly. Because a true test on a casino can never be complete without you testing the deposit and withdrawal features.

He might be a freebie gambler, but this could be a good suggestion for Winna, as they have a welcome bonus to try out the casino for a few spins, but it usually has limitations.
Perhaps he didn't see it because the Gambling forums have so many different casino threads, which can be quite overwhelming for a beginner.

As for testing the platform, you can always play for fun without using real money. There are plenty of options in the slots, and you can play as much as you like by creating an account without having to make a deposit

I get the reasons why you're bent on requesting that they modify a lossback and take back bonus just to be sure and safe that you don't have to lose while being a new users but the thing is. It's basically rare and hard that such casinos would succumb to such options when all they inquire from their platforms is an additional income. Which is why I think you need to get more information about it before signing up.

I have never asked the support agents for any free stuff upon signing up. Some casinos offer free coins, spins, or bets so new players can try the casino, but not all casinos do that. In any case, some players even avoid those free things for various reasons...

If I wish to try a new casino, I simply deposit a small amount... Sometimes it's better to play with your own money without any bonuses. You can play a bit and even test how withdrawals work. When you play with free coins or you play with a bonus, you will have to complete wager requirements before you can withdraw, and that can be a pretty hard thing to do.
