In sports betting, who do you really trust? The tipsters who show profit for a while, or yourself believing that in the long run you can be profitable if you keep learning.

I see no reason to trust tipsters with my bets. Whether they say that they have a high level of profit, but there is no guarantee that that is completely true. Even though I might be a loss in the end, at least it was my own decision and not someone else's. I prefer that it is my own decision, so even if I lose then it is what I did and that doesn't make me blame other people for that result.

Indeed, there's no guarantee at all even how good the numbers that they are showing or even how high the percentage that they are claiming as their winning rate, chances of losing is still possible, and who knows if those tipsters are telling the truth about their winning percentage, they are just after your money and its much better to take care of your money by trusting your own understanding and knowledge about the game that you'll going to use for your gambling activities.

I would not lie, if I see a tipster that I verified and he seems to be honest with his posts and has a higher winning rate, I would be placing his bets alongside mine. In such a scenario, the only caution to take is not going above your budget. I would go for both.

You can get those tips from them if it is free. But if it is not, doubt the authenticity of their tips. Still best to trust your gut and follow your instincts. If you know the sports very well and you are updated with the happenings surrounding the sport, much better to follow your instincts.

I do hear a lot of talks about studying statistics for things like sports betting but I don't really think it's practical although I may be wrong. The reason is simply because it relies to much on uncertainty sometimes very unusual outcomes can occur In matches it seems impossible for it to actually occur in.

In the long run what really is profitable is bigger risks on smaller odds. It's one of the major reasons you see most celebrities are profitable even if to the average Joe it seems like they are staking too much.

Both are fine, but in general, I think it's better to trust your own picks and develop your analysis skills, which I think could benefit you in the long run, but if you feel like you are not getting anywhere and think someone with more skill and success in sports betting could help you, then, there is nothing wrong with trusting someone leses, picks, and if the guy where you get your picks doesn't give the result you expect, you can always change to someone else.

Well its not wrong to believe on some tipsters especially if we are seeing them highly profitable, but we should also not forget to develop our own skills and strategies in gambling because that's the only way we can avoid ourselves from losing and increase our winning potentials.

They say what works for you then go for it. But tipsters do no last for long, they're just seasonal. So its still better to prioritize our own picks and make them work for good. I prefer to trust my own choices when comes to both gambling and betting to be honest...
I believe it would be very irresponsible of me to rely my money on the choices of others, when I am supposed to be responsible with my money and the own consequences of my acts.

I understand why there are so many people who blindly follow tipsters, it is easier just to read their predictions and go along with them. But in the end, their predictions cannot be right forever, and eventually they lead their followers and partners to losses. Most of the times live changing ones.

So, no thank you... I prefer to trust on my own intuition when comes to managing my money.

Ngl, in the early days, I did use and prioritize tips from tipsters over my own. I would be on Google trying to use keywords to discover as much tipsters as I can and then I will use their tips from A-Z. Anyway, I learnt later down the line that the best way to get something done is to do it yourself. Since then, I make my own tips and if it fails, I take full responsibility for it.

My picks of course. I get it wrong most of the time and i am also sure it is the same for the tipsters, so i would stick with my own intuition. I have friends who have approached me with "sure games", they claim they bought it from people who make comprehensive analysis of the teams playing and come up with games that are certain to be successful. The end result is that most of those games failed.

I have always gambled based on my own knowledge and analysis and i like it that way. Even if you are gonna get "tips", do not purchase it, if it is not free, then stay away.

Only lucky people can win big by gambling, so I think it is very important to gamble through your own research. As a result, you have control over yourself. Maybe we should understand a simple logic here, and that is if a bettor is truly a winning bettor, they would not be publicly sharing tips, or even selling them (that’s questionable).

Honestly, it’s hard to win in sports betting but it’s even harder if we rely on other people.

You will be prioritizing tips from tipsters over your own in two situations, the first one is that you think yourself not experienced enough to have better choices and you consider the tipsters to have better knowledge than you do, and the second one is that the you start doubting yourself when you see that the tipster has a very successful record of result.

For developing your own analysis and strategies, you need time & energy... Many don't have enough time for everything, including myself. And many don't have enough knowledge and skills for something like that.

I like to check what some tipsters have to say, I also like to check stats & history, and in the end, I come up with a prediction. I can't say I trust my predictions more than the tipster's. We are in the same position... we are all trying to win, but sometimes that's simply hard for all of us! Bad days really exist...

For the sole purpose of having “fun” I could go with tipsters but then if I am in for profits I’d go with mine because most of those tipsters do a very bad jobs when it comes to analytics - their main aim is to either just give people code or post on their social media page so when things go wrong they’ll bring a flimsy excuse and post more codes.

I have used tipsters and I haven’t been lucky, but those who have had good results can keep using it while for me I’m sticking with my personally.

Of course I believe in myself, believing in tipster is like completely relying on others for almost everything, and seeing yourself as less in prediction or like you can never predic a game and win big ever. Trusting on tipster makes you think your prediction can never match theirs or like they are superior why you are inferior, so it's good we trust in ourselves that relying on tipster because they are not accurate.

Sometimes people forget that this result are fabricated to attract the audience, making them believe the tipster are the best when they  are not different from the rest.
