I guess you meant to say a lot of gamblers, if that's what you meant, then it's through, most gamblers who are better gamblers today definitely had some kind of experience like this when they were still newbies in gambling, like myself, I was almost addicted which was as a result of misconceptions and greed. Now that I know better, the real winning in gambling is by withdrawing, not by being greedy but some people are still living with the misconception that gambling is an easy way to wealth.

Those who think gambling is an easy path to wealth certainly believe they're right, and those who try to dissuade them simply don't understand many things. However, I want to say that only the game itself can convince such players, and that lesson will be better than any teacher, and that lesson will consist of pointing out to them that they're not the luckiest people in the world, as they may have previously believed. I simply remember thinking like many players and believing that I would be the one with the best luck. Of course, it was foolish, but it's also wrong to forbid yourself from dreaming. You need to find a middle ground where you can at least think clearly and understand that losing in gambling is also a normal process.

I really relate to what you are saying. From my experience the false sense of luck that comes from winning at the start of gambling really lures people into thinking gambling will make them rich. I used to think  chasing bigger wins in gambling was really a way to succeed,  but I later realized that a real skill in gambling is not just about winning, but knowing when to stop and just walk away securing the profit you have already made.

Saying I set limits and control my impulses more than most people is an understatement.  I've gone from being angry and frustrated to really enjoying myself with gambling. I've seen a lot of new gamblers overlooking the fact that losses are a normal thing when it comes to gambling and failing to accept losses will make you even more greedy.  I think new gamblers need to learn that being able to control your impulses and knowing when to walk away is the only thing that keeps people from getting endlessly  trapped in losing bets.

Players who don't have much experience in the game simply hope for the best, thinking they've found a way to make money without doing anything or putting in much effort. Honestly, I'm no longer so naive, and if I see someone telling me it's easy to make money, I'm almost always convinced it's impossible, because there are subtleties we don't know. Well, I'm going to answer this question in two ways. First I would say yes" wining too early makes most gamblers to be greedy, I could imagine the feeling when a gambler win from his first attempt there's this side of them that keeps telling them to try one more time and surely wining from our first attempt can be very tempting which some gamblers might be feeling that the wining would last for a long period, and then they will be forced to try one more time  while some gamblers might decide to stop after winning from their first attempt but this set of gamblers is very rare.

Making a rule at the beginning so as not to be too greedy is a good strategy, but sometimes people are not disciplined and do not follow the rules.

Whether its early or late but still it wont really be that changing up the fact that gamblers would really be able to feel out that sense of greed and thats something which is already a part of us and cant really be taken away. The only main difference on here is that there are individuals who are that able control their greed and there are ones who cant be able to do so just because they;ve been wanting that they will really be able to make more money and even thinking that they could become rich and thats somethings normal when it comes to gambling aims and goals. If  you cant be able to control your greed then this is where addiction comes on and once you do get shackled with it then you would really be having a hard  time on getting out of it or recovery just because you are already get tied to gambling and the aim on getting rich on which this is really that very hard to control.

For me it's very simple,

Greed is just the answer, and everyone has it but some persons control theirs a lot better than others and that's why some person can evade this particular symptom of actually wanting to try or go all in even after they have won something significant with their stake. Greed has a way of controlling some gamblers and it's feel so right when doing it until everything becomes too late and too deep to come out of it.

It depends on the gambler, there are some beginners that can actually be disciplined enough to be able to control themselves so they don't gamble carelessly after their early wins and there others that get carried away and start gambling excessively because they think that it is always going to be possible to win but that's not how gambling works. I think everyone feels the same way when they win, there’s no denying that it boosts your confidence, raises your expectations and makes you certain that you’ll win again in your next bets. Yes I quite agree with OP that winning early can trigger greed, feeling great and increased confidence can be one of the causes, I also often experience situations like that but if I personally continue the game not because I want to win more but because I still really want to play, I mean I just started but the win happened so fast while I just started, so I continue because I still want to feel the sensation of the game and in that situation I usually try to agree with myself that whatever the result I will accept it such as for example all the winnings are lost again.

That’s true, winning early without testing the whole system just because they can easily make reference to this can actually cause greed among gamblers. Early wins are like a trap, it's just like the casino set you up to extract more money for you. The rule about early wins should be that you leave early too to avoid leaving in regrets the whole day. You will never understand the value of something that you get very quickly. In the case of gambling, when you win very quickly, you will not understand the value of that money, it will seem very insignificant and you will not hesitate to take bigger risks to win something bigger. And these things will gradually make you greedy and you will take bigger risks accordingly which will harm you financially a lot. In this case, if you win $1k, you will lose $10k by placing big bets on that greed. So even if you win quickly in gambling, you should be very excited about it.
